Love the computer and it runs amazing. Only issue I have is a huge dent where someone may have dropped it. Would have like to know about that beforehand.

My MacBook will go from 100% to 0% in just 3 hours or so, while NOT in use. I will have it fully charged, then unplug it, then come back to use it a few hours later and it will be so dead that it won’t even turn on. The battery health in the settings says the battery is in good condition so I’m not sure if it’s the battery causing it. Very unfortunate and I have no idea how to fix this or what to do about it.

Charger was broken and I was told the only way to take care of it is to go to a store. Closest store is over an hour a way. Feel cheated that they sent broken charger - it was obviously broken - not done in shipping

Reliable and Fast personal computer, perfect for everyday tasks

This is a brutal product as it underperforms because if stoeage oapabilities and mediocre available memory. The touch screen had significant difficulty accepting very obvious "clicks." I webt to Apple and got mediocre service AGAIN with my Applecare Plus. So i just left it at their front door. Why bother keeping files and data private when the hackers have already crossed the line of modern civil discourse? The control us all just like we were invalids unable to function. The iron is they are why!

This is the first MacBook Pro, we've bought. So far it's seem to be a great computer for our needs. You would never know it had been refurbished as it looks brand new.

I bought this for my sons Christmas gift. I had it until June when everything on the computer went black. I brought it to the Geek Squad and they told me so sorry but we only give a 90 day warranty. That needs to be expressed in bold letters upon purchase.

Great item, perfect quality and value, battery life is very good

Computer was good. Did not have right charger and did not recieve mouse we ordered. Went on vacation and when returning i called best buy and gentlemen was nice and checked on it and could not send charger so had me return entire shipment. Then got message saying it was canceled so still have computer and NO charger!!

I received the unit on the day promised. It has functioned perfectly and actually exceeded my requirements which was a bonus while keeping within my budget.
