I have brought this macbook not one but 2 but 3 TIMES and yet it had so many problems the first one was i shipped with a wrong power adapter and so I returned it then i rebrought it to get the correct power adapter this time the Keyboard had sticky keys and so I returned it again then I decided to say maybe the 3rd time is a charm, and so once it got delivered i opened and set it up and turns out the 3rd macbook yes you herd right the 3rd one decided to overheat and the cpu go up to 90-99 degrees Celsius which is not normal to a macbook, and so I give this macbook and just buy one best buys open box macbook pro. anyway just don't buy this MacBook Pro even if the specs look good just buy only open box at best buys store. Pro tips of getting open box items: 1, Best buy lets you have a look. just say can you open it and can I have a look. 2, always check if for Computers the SPECS 3, check weather there is dents or anything out of the ordinary 4, just ask questions!

Did not work as expected thus returned. Was not processing fast enough.

Amazing never will go back to another laptop again only Apple

Totally unexpected from Best Buy to do this, buying items from Amazon and selling it to me as a Best Buy customer which isn’t even working (MacBook). the people at customer service on Geeks aren’t even friendly specially one lady with black hair on 12/20/24 at around 4:00 pm who was acting like a boss and she doesn’t have any idea about customer handling. I was so mad a company like Best Buy has this kind of stuff. From now on I am not advising anyone to go and buy from Best Buy.

When I purchased this MacBook the screen was glitching. I reset it and the screen was still glitching.

Great computer in fantastic condition. Plenty of power for my needs.

Within a month of having this “refurbished like new” laptop, it no longer functions to any usable amount and the screen is covered in glitches and pixelated lines. I brought it to Geek Squad from the store that I purchased it from and they were unable to offer me any kind of help. Thanks!!!

It is a really good product. Have had no issues since buying it. Inise it mostly for school work and light gaming.

bought it for a steal and it has provided me with such a good sense of productivity.

Wouldnt waste my time, while waiting for the macbook, they delayed the package by 3 days. And once i finally received the macbook, it was locked by Amazon inc. Meaning you would have to work for the company in order to use the laptop. After brining it in the store they said there is no way to reset it, they didn't wanna price match me, or try and find me a similar macbook! All i could do was return it after waiting all this time.

Was heating up from bottom, since it is a laptop so, it can’t be used on lap because it was getting very worm.

This product may not be for you. If you don't have an external SSD or a cloud service. If you have a board problem, you will lose your all data. Speed is not faster than my old mid-2014 Macbook Pro Retina 15.4". You cannot upgrade SSD. Because this item NAND Flash memory on board. I bought this item because of my younger sister. Wish me a piece of luck to keep as much as longer. Thank you.
