I was disappointed. This refurbished pad could not use current apps because it wasn’t up date

Tis is the second one. The first wouldn't even boot up.

It was refurbished. At first it seem like a be a great deal but soon the mouse pad crapped out, and then the speakers were making a horrible

I purchased this refurbished computer and it was completely dead. I took it to best buy and they confirmed it was dead. Thankfully got a refund but save your money and time.

Terrible. It doesn’t turn on after 80 days and I had declined warranty from bestbuy and apple ( because is an older computer). We took to a technical assistance and they told us the charger is not original

Was waiting for a this laptop for a week . It was not working was restarting every 10-15 minutes .

This order was placed online and shipped to store. They sent the wrong item. Unbelievable!!

laptop does last only 3 hours. laptop does have 3rd party charger. need to verify battery cycles . laptop packaged well. All 2019 16 inch macbooks OVER heat Very HOT. jemjem no good . laptop does have shipping delays . laptop cant be warrantied. laptop Screen and mother board is very pricey fix. laptop return through mail is beneficial but need to print your own label. laptop becomes very laggy when doing college work Labs. for daily use, youtube, google , email . it holds up fine . Laptop screen 16 inch is stunning without a NOTCH. laptop weight is very slim and identical looks compared to newer version

Smart way to save money and still brand new device

I have a horrible experience with this product. I first bought it all the way back in November and after it arrived I quickly realized it had a screen flickering issue. Upon this I went to exchange it. The next computer had the exact same issue. Neither was worth the cost since they were not properly refurbished. I looked up videos and did multiple attempt to fixing the issue with no improvements. I then exchanged once again. It's January at this point. When the third arrived, I opened it up to the exact same problem the other two had. Not only that, but they gave me a non-apple cord and the computer was covered in scratches. Not worth the price. When I talked to Geek Squad and Customer service after the third broken computer they had no solution for me. I will have to look elsewhere for a computer. Never buy a geek squad refurbished product!

Works perfect, I was really hesitant to purchase and spent months doing research and eventually gave it a chance. I don’t regret purchasing this laptop.

This computer does not hold a charge and ever since I synched it with my phone, my emails have not been working properly at all!! Going to have to bring it in for someone to work on because this is garbage!!

The MacBook Pro I’ve always loved, but Best Buy is the last place I would ever buy anything again. They send me the wrong MacBook Pro version three times and the last time they sent me one that was completely used and disgusting and dirty. Even though I did purchase a refurbished one , the one they sent had green gunk all over the screen I had to take it back to the store to get another refund in the end. I just took the one they sent me Even though the one I purchased was a lot better with better graphics, they send me one a lot cheaper. Customer service online sucks but in store, They were very nice and easy to deal with and helped me get the difference from both laptops. But again the hassle I went to for a laptop is unforgivable never again, Best Buy.

The laptop looked good however the K and L key were stuck and I couldn’t type either letter without typing both. Luckily I caught that early and was able to return. Best Buy was very good about returning it.
