    The machine even did not boot. It was an additional pain to go and return it immediately. Kind of brought down my esteem on ‘geek squad certified label’

    My friends told me never to buy an open box computer because it has some kind of defect. At first I was happy thinking I had made a good deal, but I was stubborn and ended up in a big frustration. I really wasted my money because I couldn't return it. Don't buy an open box computer.

    The product I received was dirty and scratched up. It came with no manuals at all. The laptop kept crashing about every 15 minutes or so. I have a feeling that this item had been “refurbished” several times. I definitely did not expect to receive such a low quality item from such a reputable and high quality business

    I wish I could give it 0 stars. We bought the Certified Geek Squad refurbished Apple Laptop on November 5th, 2024 for $800 and change. On January 28th we have lines all over the screen. Not even three months and it's a $800 paper weight. Geek Squad said at least $700 to fix? How is that right?

    I purchased this with intention to use but the refurbished MacBook didn't turn on and had to be substituted. Therefore I was traded a newer computer but with less savings and smaller memory and screen. Too bad for me but Best Buy did me good, I guess

    Refurbished product that kept crashing and turned out to be a lemon. Returned and refunded. Also, geek squad cannot open the casing of the product and has to be shipped out out to apple service centers .

    Started crashing at 21 data, 6 days after the window for refunds closed. Stopped turning back on 10 days later. Not usable. Currently working with Apple to get it replaced. Maybe just buy from Apple directly.

    I bought this. It’s been 6 months and it won’t even turn on. I tried to set appointment with Best Buy to look at it and they won’t even do that. Horrible experience here.
