Love my new M2 MacBook Pro!

The FedEx ground shipping was not my favorite part (sending the trade in back), but the rest of the transaction, including my 2019 MacBook trade-in was nicely done!

BEWARE

Extremely, extremely misleading and disappointing. They even put the serial number in the order confirmation, which you can clearly look up in Apple's database and see it's not an M2.

Don't trust certified refurbished

It arrived loosely "padded" with a bubble sleeve that did not have bubbles on one side, leaving just the wall of the carboard box between the computer and impact damage. Returned it to try again, which was also a failure.

The folks at the local Best Buy said it was not refurbished and should have never been sold as refurbished. It had several things wrong and was in bad condition. Thankfully, it was fully refunded.

Refurbished Macbook pro 16 inch M2

Returned it and just brought a new M3..
