I couldn’t be happier with my refurbished MacBook Pro 16”! It looks and runs like brand new — super sleek in Space Black and unbelievably fast with the M3 Pro chip. The 18-core GPU and 18 GB RAM handle everything from multitasking to video editing with zero lag. Battery life is amazing, the screen is stunning, and it stays whisper-quiet even under pressure. Truly Apple quality at a smarter price — a perfect mix of performance and value!

Minor blemish on outside. Set up was easy and quick. Very fast computer and smooth trackpad and keyboard. Apple refurbished is awesome so far and saved $800 from brand new.

The laptop works great, but i did get refurbished. So there is a small dent on the laptop, and the charging cable. Wich leads me to believe, this was damaged, and they probably just made sure it works, then sold it at a discount, saying refurbished. That is an opinion, not a fact, but i believe it has not been refurbished at all. As i said though, everything on it so far works great.

This thing is amazing. Not a scratch on it.... The Battery only had a few cycles on it and overall I can't be happier. I got a basically brand New macbook pro for $1599. Glad I took the chance!

I’m absolutely thrilled about this machine! It’s practically brand new (only 19 cycles) and in perfect condition. I did a lot of research, and this was the best price I found for these specs. The Apple warranty lasts for another two months, which is nice.

Works almost like new, it only has a little issue with the touch sensor but it’s only sometimes not alway.

Great deal, runs wicked fast, and smooth, I highly recommend one, just as good as brand new.

The computer might’ve been good but I won’t know. The wrong machine was sent to me with a 250 gig hard drive versus a 512. Had to return it to a local store and get my money back.

Great refurbished MacBook Pro. Strongly recommend to get your Mac products in Best Buy. The only thing is the fact I can’t protect refurbished products with Apple Care, however Best Buy offers anual repair services deals as a relieve to that situation… I’d buy it if you get me a special deal on the anual repair service for refurbished apple products.

Excellent computer and the refurbished was as good as new for me!

You get what you pay for with the refurb models… mine had a series of minor scracthes and scuffs and came with the wrong color charger and no origional box of any kind. No charging brick either. You save several hindered dollars, but sacrifice the feeling of having the product from the fiest day as its brand new.

Did not work, Best Buy employee told me refurbished is when the computer is wiped because it had something wrong with it. I thought it just meant it was used and then certified by the Apple geek squad, but apparently not. He took it back without question and refunded me. The first time I used it, my hot spot showed up and I was able to get online. However every time after that my hot spot would not register. Yes, I know how to use a hotspot, I use it all the time on different devices. So I’m just glad this happened in the return window or I would’ve been out $2,000. I would much sooner buy an open box item than a refurbished ever again.

Very bulky! The battery drains quickly if you’re doing even moderately intensive computing or watching movies. AI features are practically non-existent. Apple promised too much and delivered too little.

As a refurbished item I was expecting a little damage and none was found at all. Great condition, battery life is at 100% and it runs great! Can’t tell it’s a a refurbished item. Recommend it!
