Strongly recommend to get your Mac products in Best Buy. The only thing is the fact I can’t protect refurbished products with Apple Care, however Best Buy offers anual repair services deals as a relieve to that situation… I’d buy it if you get me a special deal on the anual repair service for refurbished apple products.

False advertising

Device is unusable and best buy refuses to move on with the case that is opened. Absolutely unacceptable, I went to geek squad and said "nothing we can do, sorry" and went home with a paperweight.

Don't trust certified refurbished

This time they shipped the wrong model, a smaller size than what I ordered and what was listed on the receipt. Returned like the previous one (which, though the correct model, arrived damaged beyond use).
