    Bought a refurbished pencil since I lost mine. Stopped working after 3 months. Do not recommend. Just buy a new one. Would refuse to charge randomly and now completely refuses to charge regardless of what I do. Do NOT recommend.

    They sent me the WRONG pencil(gen 1) in a gen 2 box. Which is what I purchased, the gen 2. Then when I tried to return it and get my refund for THIER screw up they sent it back to me with a note stating they count give me a refund because I sent THEM the wrong pencil. I sent them exactly what they sent me! I’ve still not received my refund. They need to do the right thing and refund me my money for their screw up. (Them/they= Best Buy)

    It’s not Best Buy’s fault but I ordered the wrong pencil so I was no able to try this out for it is not compatible with iPad gen 10

    The pencil would not connect or charge. Once I went it they had me pay more for an open box pencil that did not work also. Then I had to pay even more for a new one.

    I received this item and the only thing in the box was just the pencil with nothing else. No instructions! I could not get it to work with my new iPad Pro 11 inch! I ended up returning it to Best Buy for credit!
