The watch arrived with everything stated in the box, had a battery life higher then 80%, as promised. The watch had one very VERY unnoticeable chip on the bottom(the current chips are bc I dropped it myself several times…). Unless you get really close to the watch it’s super hard to notice. I would overall recommend this product and am very satisfied with my purchase.

No issues here. I love this thing. All the features I could want without the price tag. Came in like-new condition with no noticeable dings or scratches and it also came with a new charger.

I have recently purchased the Apple Watch SE as a graduation gift for my daughter. Her overall experience with this device has been amazing. She uses the apple watch to locate her phone, track her sleep, pause and play her music, and many more things. Everyday she found a new feature with this device. I would definitely recommend to purchase this device, it would make an incredible gift.

My apple watch came only in a ziplock baggie! NO CHARGER, NO BOX, only with watch and band. I ordered it with box and charger, when it came it only came inside a ziplock bag, I tried calling best buy customer services and they said they cant do nothing about it. The band and watch were in good shape, they work well and no scratches, no cracks, everything amazing just that how I ordered, it didn’t came. This is a nice watch just that make sure on how it will come.

Absolutely do not purchase any certified refurbished item from Best Buy/geek squad. They do not pay attention and they will sell you a defected product and they will not do anything about it. I ordered this watch that had a small neck in it which then shattered the entire screen a week and a half after picking up my watch. I contacted Best Buy and Apple to see if they would honor the manufactured warranty that was provided or do anything about it and of course they would not. I've spoken with over 12 different people between Apple and Best Buy and nothing has been done and no one seemed to care. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. And next I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Let me just say — this Apple Watch SE from Best Buy? LIFE-CHANGING. I didn’t even realize how much I needed it until I had it on my wrist every day. I use it for everything: checking texts, tracking my steps, keeping up with my workouts, even setting reminders when I’m being forgetful. It’s lightweight, super cute, and holds a charge way longer than I expected. Buying from Best Buy made it even better — the pickup was fast, customer service was A1, and I even got help setting it up in-store. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it too! Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made this year.

I like the watch however it wasn’t the color I ordered. I got a white band and it came with a black one. It’s dies in about 8-10 hours of normal use ( check time, notifications, email etc)

The watch works fine. The problem is the refurbished by geek squad is all screwed up. The sent me the wrong color the first time. Then when reordered a different model they sent the right color, but no charger. They wanted me to send it back and try my luck again instead of just sending me a charger. I had to go the store to explain the situation. Luckily the gave me a charger. Just be mindful if you planning to buy a Geek Squad refurbished item. Especially from apple products.

Nice refurb. Its looks practically new! Clean and everything works . Battery seems to be holding a good charge so far.
