Didn’t work long. Wouldn’t keep charge. Used the charger that came with watch.

Product was delivered in a baggy, no box, pieces were missing and the watch itself was completely scratched. Definitely had not been refurbished. Waste of time ordering.

It only took two months and it no longer works, it turned off and it no longer turns on. I charge it and it gets very hot but it still doesn't turn on.

The watch came significantly scratched. I understand it was refurbished but you can get much better quality at a much better rate in so many more places. When I went to return it, they told me I couldn’t do so because “my window to return was 14 days from the day they shipped it” when I went online, I read that it was able to be returned 14 days from receipt. I went to the online helpdesk and they told me I couldn’t return it at all. I read them the return policy and the date that my receipt stated and after some back and forth I was finally able to return it. After about a month I received my refund.

The product looks great but works worst. Battery is discharging for every 3 hours. I will not recommend to anyone from BestBuy. Thank you

Watch it is working great but had to replace the band right away. The one provided was disgusting looking, worn out and looked stained from sweat.

One week after receiving it the watch freaked out. Took it back and bought a new one.

Junk. Worked fine for first two months then simply died about 12 days after the return period passed. It is not operator error as my wife has had the same make and model for a couple of years and is very familiar with it's operation. Do NOT buy anything refurbished (whether Geek Squad certified or not).

Worked great for 85 days and then stopped working. Won’t come on or do anything. Stay away from refurbished.

After I got the watch in a bubble wrap it did not Unlock because it was still link to the last owner. Best Buy could not fix it so I had to return it again.

This has become my second most used thing i own besides my iphoen. Recently upgraded my iphone and now just upgraded my watch. The only single complaint about these things is tgat the battery life starts to decrease within a year or so and youre almost forced to upgrade. Other than that, i’ve had zero issues.

Love the watch and the value. Downside is on the service from Best Buy. Watch I received was smaller version 40mm, when messaged to see how to handle getting difference in $ or exchange, was told I would have to go into store to resolve, not worth the effort with everything all setup.

Watch looked like new and worked perfectly. Please be aware of that you need I phone 8 or greater. The apple web site says iPhone 7 or greater.

Almost brand new. Everything works perfectly. I will recommend this.
