This is my second time buying an opened boxed watch my first watch was also opened box, and I kept it for over 5 years, I would have still had it if I didn’t shatter it on a hike, clumsy me, I decided to go with another opened box watch and I am NOT disappointed, it feels brand new, it looks brand new, and have been working perfectly fine. It was an upgrade from what I had and I am not disappointed!

Couldn’t be happier. No scratches. No problems. Great battery life.

Delivery was extremely quick and I received the watch 3 days later. While the watch did not come in a box (just bubble wrapping) the watch itself was in excellent condition. No scratches or markings, it really looks brand new. The battery health is at 89% so it does seem to drain faster than normal but I don’t see this an issue as I can still go a full work day with it.

I like it’s work well I can save voice very good on it And watch the gps it’s really help me out

So far i love everything about this watch it looks brand new and very easy to connect. My only complaint. Would be it came with a different color wristband then expected .. so i purchased my own from Amazon

I absolutely love ny watch. Zero scratches and its in perfect condition. Works well!!!

Came in earlier than expected and is super nice. Does a lot more than my older model.

W watch, exceded my expectations and works amazing. Came with two different sizing bands which is perfect incase you're worried it wont fit. The watch face has a beautiful display and size overall happy with the product

I’ve had my watch for 1 day and I’m really happy. It came and it looks almost brand new! Battery health at 85% but have had it off the charger for like 21 hours and the battery percentage is still at 68%.I was skeptical of buying a refurbished watch but getting this has set my mind at ease. Thx Best Buy!

You sent an Apple watch with face falling off. Main button also broken. Returned it, YOU SENT IT Back as unreturnable because it was a sex toy or bodily fluid. You Said bad mistake, and send it back again. STILL said it was unreturnable. UNBELIEVABLE, unresolved.

What is the Watch waited a week to get it  when I picked it up, there were scratches very deep in the screen  there was gunk under the armband just a bad buy wouldn’t recommend

Needed an Apple Watch for a new IPhone user in the family. Didn’t need the latest model and didn’t mind it being used so I looked on here for one and found one. Watch works great and got it at a bargain price !

I love the watch it self. But the battery barely latest 5 hours or so. I just got me another one just the series 9. I will still recommend buying the series 6 if you dont have the money to get better.

I am used to FItbit. I have had. four fitbit watches over the years but when it came time to updgrade I wanted to try the apple watch. Everything else I have is Apple so I decided to switch.. For the price, I will learn to like it or tell myself I do...But I regret that it took me past Best Buys insanely short 14 days return window to realize I wanted to return it...I had a hard time with the fitness part of the watch when I first started using it as the fitness time would always stop, but once I got through that hurdle. THe watch battery goes fast so I have to charge it daily, but that issue could be user related. Overall I am giving it four stars because the watch deserves fours for design, apps and all the other features. I would give it one star based on my personal preference with Fitbit is 100x better for fitness.. I love that Fitbit automatically tracks your steps, this watch does not do this. You have to set the app and then download another app and a whole process...You can do almost everything else with this watch but the one small and simple feature of tracking steps automatically and displaying it on the screen is a Fail. So If you use the watch primarily for fitness, I wouldn't suggest using it. As I said BB has an insanely short return period. The one major downside when buying from Best Buy. God forbid you have to buy a birthday gift because unless you buy the product one day before giving it to the recipient, those 15 day clock starts. I feel 30 days is better but my review isn't for BB.. So By the time I figured out I wasn't thrilled with it, it was to late to return..The watch isn't bad but I don't think it compares to FITbit for fitness. IF I had to do it all over again, I would have gone with a fourth fitbit watch and not this...Once this watch breaks/dies/no longer works I will most likely go back go Fitbit, unless there is an apple watch that has the step option like fitibit.
