I ordered the green watch with a green band. It’s my favorite color, if that isn’t clear. But I got a green watch (yay) with a blue band. Why show it with a green band if you aren’t going to deliver that? It’s really annoying. And reading other reviews I can see it’s happened more than once. So dumb. So, now I have to get a green band. Sweet. I wouldn’t recommend buying a refurbished unless you want to gamble with what you actually get.

I finally bought a similar one from Woot and it is flawless. Never trusting Best Buy refurbished stuff again.

Problem here is I can feel the scratches on the screen when tried to clean it with finger.

They didn’t give me more options, they only told me I had to return it and that it wasn’t their fault.
