Unfortunately the refurbished iPhone watch is glitching. It will not show the icon to connect and allow me to find my iPhone.

Package delayed 6 days from the delivery dates, received package in a bubble wrapped bag/envelope in a flimsy smashed box, luckily the watch was not damaged.

The seller said it's excellent but it's very poor, lot off scratches

Recieved watch with wrong wrist band and watch locked to last owner.

My wife loves her watch. It's very nice looking. It was in great condition.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it!

-2 Day shipping took over a week to get delivered -Showed up with a different style band than what was pictured -DISGUSTING. It looks like it was never cleaned. Ever. Both the watch and the band are covered in what looks like a mix of dirt, grime, and maybe dead skin? This is absolutely disgusting. Is this what qualifies for GeekSquad Certified Refurbished?

Doesn’t keep battery has to be charged everyday lol I may have to return it

The watch stopped working already. Do not ever purchase a refurbished watch. By the time I logged on to try and return for a refund or exchange I was past the two week return period. The battery stopped keeping a charge for about a week. It finally just died on me. Only had the watch for 1 month.

It came with the battery it had. Refurbished products are sold “as is” and there is no way of knowing how drained the battery will be when you buy it. A full charge on my refurbished series 7 Apple Watch died by lunch time the first day I wore it. One star because at least they accepted my return.

Said it was factory refurbished…it was scratched and the band was dirty. My son didn’t see the return window and is stuck with it.

Was not as described in the listing. Lacked charging cord and was not color listed.

I received my watch a little late, but I was excited because it was for a good price. However , the Waatch did not work when it arrive. The geek squad has failed me again. It would not charge or turn on.

Everything was dirty and worn. They couldn't even clean it before selling to me. Very disappointed

Purchased “refurbished” … which I would interpret to mean operational. It wasn’t! Was having to charge 2-3 times a day. Counterproductive for an item that has to be worn to use. Returned for refund - which begs the question why request my review of the item?! Bad business times 2!

As soon as I took it out of the box, I got ready to return it. This watch was scratched beyond belief, the screen coating was gone except for one weird very noticeable spot, and it looked rough like it slid against concrete. I exchanged it for the new SE and called it a day.

I received this item with no charger. Then when I went to pair it told me I needed a iPhone 8 or newer. I was told the I only needed a iPhone 6 Plus or newer. So they sold me a defective refurbished watch that was supposed to be in excellent condition but looked more like satisfactory or fair. Waste of my time

You sacks of crap. You sell me a bogus watch with a defunct recharging cable/dock and then a couple weeks later when the piece goes belly-up, OOoooOOoops!... Sorry, we sold you a ticking time bomb. Sell a decent product or don't sell it AT ALL, you pricks.

The watch came broken, not working at all. I have to bring it back to store the same day.

Watch barely holds a charge. Unfortunately I’ll probably be returning
