the watch was refurbished so now i know how refurbished products are from bestbuy, the watch dies within 10 hours which is a problem considering the battery life should be 18 hours as advertised and i don’t even use it much

This watch after 9 months it’s broke.i don’t know how how to fix this

Is not what I paid for I pay for a different item and receive this one (other better model of Iwatch) And the store and customer service can not do anything to help me. Push me to keep it, I can't return because is not the same item purchased

The battery dies extremely quick. The description of the item made me to believe this would not be the issue.

Not happy at all with this purchase. Worked great for about month and now ECG won’t work. Apple will fix for $300. Or same as I paid for this “refurbished” but apparently not fully functional watch.

Poor condition. Brought as a gift and face came completely scratched up.

Will never buy refurbished again Have had trouble as soon as we turned the phone on.

Ordered a Midnight aluminum watch, opened the box and it wasn't even the right color. Returned it.

I didn’t get my order so that why I said 1 star and when I told them they didn’t help me

I got the wrong watch instead of 45mm I got the 41mm and they wouldn't send me the correct watch.

Bought openbox and was a complete mess, scree. Was barely readable through all the scratches, body had chunks missing

It came in ziplock like packaging. The strap was all worn out and sweat stains all over it

Watch does not work at all complete rip off I don’t recommend

I ordered the 45mm and received a terribly dirty 41mm version.

Not refurbished. More like very obviously USED. Dirty band, many scratches, and an insignia charger. Anyone expecting a “factory refurbished” watch should look elsewhere. Might as well have just bought it off of ebay or facebook marketplace.

The delivery was very fast; I received the product in good condition. I’ve only been using it for three weeks, but it works excellently. The battery lasts all day, calls are very clear, and the screen responds well. I’m very happy with the purchase.

The watch was pretty good. I won’t sugarcoat and say it was in the best condition. It had scratches and paint chips but that’s to be expected. Other than that it worked perfectly and hasn’t had any issues at all.

The watch was exactly what I was looking for and it worked great with the exception of the button on the side. The button had a sensor that didn’t work and would not allow me to do the ECG test. I spoke with Apple service to try and repair the issue but after finding the sensor defective, I returned the watch and bought another one in the store.
