    I purchased the watch for my wife as an anniversary gift - she loves it. The watch enables her to see/answer text messages without picking up her phone. She also like the ability to change watch faces and the availability of watch bands. What we both like is tracking our steps when we are out hiking. ANd it tells time!

    Received this product and even paid extra to get it sooner. Charger wasn’t in the box and it was dirty all over the bands and on the watch itself (especially where the bands connect) as if it wasn’t even taken care of before sending. Food or something thick was everywhere. I know I purchased refurbished but this isn’t what anyone should receive. Completely unacceptable.

    Great watch. Only issue is it does not come with a USBC charger to charge the watch daily. Must purchase additional device to plug into wall outlet. Standard universal USB will not work.

    Was hesitant on buying a refurbished watch, had an Series 3 and wanted an upgrade but could not afford new, so far working fine. With inflation where it is and everything so expensive now, appreciate Best Buy providing opportunity for less expensive options to the consumers

    I picked this up as a gift for my mother. Works great, no issues, was in the condition stated. However, I bought it as a refurb and it came with a much older model charging cable. Not the end of the world, but kinda lame.
