    Was hesitant on buying a refurbished watch, had an Series 3 and wanted an upgrade but could not afford new, so far working fine. With inflation where it is and everything so expensive now, appreciate Best Buy providing opportunity for less expensive options to the consumers

    I picked this up as a gift for my mother. Works great, no issues, was in the condition stated. However, I bought it as a refurb and it came with a much older model charging cable. Not the end of the world, but kinda lame.

    I bought this for my daughter. But when it was delivered, there was no band at all. We contacted Bestbuy by phone or store in person. They did not provide the right solution. Every time, they say different solution. I am disappointed with Bestbuy customer service.

    It was a refurbished watch. I was not happy that I could not put a warranty on it. I am still learning how to use it. Need to find a video on all the features. I had to get a new band the comfort and how it fit was not good.

    I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished item but I havent had any issues at all. Im surprised that the watch doesnt hold a battery life longer that a few days - a little discouraging but all in all - very happy with it
