As a long-time Android user, I thought I had tried smartwatches. And I thought they were all pretty bad. But when I recently got an iPhone, I decided to try again. I had always envied the Apple Watch's sleep tracking. This slightly older model has the O2 sensor I needed for that. And since an open-box unit was at a reasonable price, I decided to get it. Just for the sleep tracking. Within a day or two of receiving it, I was wearing it all day and enjoying it more and more. It amazed me how much they had integrated all the various functions smoothly to actually make the watch useful during everyday tasks. I didn't think anyone in the consumer space was doing UI and software engineering this well anymore. I'm very happy to be wrong about that. It's a very polished product in terms of features and how they work with each other (and the iPhone). This experience has won me over from Android to Apple.

You can barely tell its refurbished! The batter lasts a long time. Just make sure you get a official Apple charger block, as the charger piece that comes with the refurbished unit charges really slow.

Amazing product it’s refurbished but honestly could be brand new. Love everything about it and shipping was quick.

Had a series 3 for years, when it’s started locking up and disconnecting, saving a couple hundred and getting a refurbished watch was a great choice, battery was still at 100% max( my series 3 was almost down to 75%) and it was in great condition. Not having the original sucks, but that’s a me thing and not a huge problem.

Overall..the watch is very nice. However, it didn’t come in its original packaging..which I’m not mad about. But the watch did have a couple screen scratches but nothing to serious or noticeable …as to be expected. I give the overall watch a 9/10

My wife loves this watch, its larger than her previous watch. I purchased this refurbished and the watch was flawless. The band needed to be cleaned but that was quick work.

The watch came in very good condition with only two minor scratches on the face. The battery life is pretty good and paired easily with my phone. Also came with a charging cord and band obviously, overall a good used watch!

I think it was a little overpriced since it had many scratches but aside that it is functioning okay. I had my apple watch trades be returned for a fewer scratches before so I think it should have been cheaper. Gave 4 star because I just needed an upgrade and didn’t care about the scratches and it was shipped promptly and was delivered quickly.

This refurbished Apple Watch series 8 was in perfect condition. This replaced my series 6. I love the size of the screen and the battery lasts so much longer!

Best alternative to a new one, the Best Buy certified does great, needed version 8 since it was the last version for heart rate

I ordered two Apple Watches for Christmas and was very excited since I have bought refurbished items from Best Buy and they are always in very good condition. However I was very disappointed when I received the items. The package that it came with was broken and the boxes that the watches were in went dent and all damaged. One of them was open already. On top of that one of the watches has a deep scratch on the screen. When I contacted customer service they said I can either return it or get a replacement if Best Buy approves it. Overall very disappointed since this was a Christmas gift.
