Happy with the purchase. Wanted blood oxygen and didn’t want to pay full price. Battery health was good. Condition was excellent. Would buy refurbished again. Do wish they put battery health % in description, but there are probably too many to do that.

Has every feature that you’d want in an Apple Watch and for less than you’d pay for a series 10

Cane in pretty much new condition, functions like it should and batterey is great

So far the watch has been great. A small insignificant scratch that you can hardly tell. Works and functions work perfectly fine.

Team members were A++ But the iwatch came with size small strap. Went back to the store but Iwas told no bigger size available ??????

I’ve spent thousands at Best Buy over the years, but they’ve now lost a customer for life. I ordered an Apple Watch that, based on the listing and photos, clearly came with an official Apple band. Instead, I got a cheap knockoff. They said it was close enough, but it was like ordering a BMW and ending up with a Yugo and told it’s the same because they both have four wheels. I reached out through email, chat, and even filed a complaint with the BBB. I spent HOURS trying to talk to someone. Eventually, I got a response, but it never acknowledged the problem of a misleading listings and dismissive customer service and was told it was close enough. Be forewarned that the reviews saying the band isn’t authentic or as advertised are telling the truth. And no, Best Buy won’t fix it.

Giving this 2 star not because of the watch but due to the band received. Not sure if it’s luck of the draw but I made 2 attempts to get an orange alpine band and neither order came with that band. The second order arrive with a sport loop that isn’t even marketed to the ultra, lol. The watch itself is fine but you should check battery capacity upon opening.

Watch came with damage on the bottom edge of the front of the case near the display. Also arrived with the wrong band. Returning once to try again to get what I ordered, which was a "looks and functions like new" apple watch ultra with the ORNAGE alpine loop. I received a blue/grey band...

Was a decent watch when i started it but when i went to connect it to my account it had an Activation Lock on it. So it was unusable sadly. Returned it and i’ve thought about purchasing it again but not sure at the moment.
