The refurbished Apple Watch Series 9 from Best Buy is great. My first one occasionally dropped my heart rate while exercising and the chat agent recommend that I swap it out. The replacement one seems to have longer battery life and works well. Both of them were clean and included the charging cables and the second one included both the long and the short bands. Definitely worthwhile getting refurb to save $300 and as usual, the Best Buy support is excellent!

The watch arrived fast and looks and works like new. Battery will last all day with no problem. Everything seems to be working good so far.

I actually bought two of this. Physically they were very good. Screens were not scratch and the body had minimum (very small) marks. However, it was very weird that on one of them the battery was at 99%, and the other one at 88%, which I did not love. On the other hand, charges provided were old usb A, even thought this model is supposed to come with the usb c fast charging.

So happy with this purchase, no scratches, no ding, like brand new and half the cost. With the savings bought an arsenal of watch bands and covers, new watch everyday to match ensemble.

The description of the watch is very misleading. I bought the watch because it said it had the blood oxygen on it, but what they don’t tell you is that is disabled due to the dispute Apple currently has so it doesn’t actually work. They should put that in somewhere before you buy the watch because what good is putting that in the caption when the feature doesn’t work. Very disappointing

Haven’t had an Apple Watch in years til the first version released, but I’m starting to love it once again. Battery life works wonders, it’s comfortable, and works exactly how it sounds.

I purchased a refurbished Apple Watch from Best Buy, and overall my experience has been very disappointing. The watch arrived on August 1st, but since I was away on holiday, I didn’t open it until August 13th. Unfortunately, the battery life has been poor, and when I contacted Best Buy to return it and exchange for a new one, I was told I was already outside the 16-day return window. Most other stores allow at least a month, so this policy feels restrictive and unfair. If you are considering buying a refurbished Apple Watch from Best Buy, I strongly advise checking the condition thoroughly within the first couple of days to decide if it’s worth keeping. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding refurbished models altogether and going with a new Apple Watch SE if you are on a budget, since the quality and battery life are far more reliable.

No issues with the purchase from Best Buy. I even used some rewards points. The watch does not come with instructions, so I am still learning by tapping, scrolling, and searching.
