Great sound. You can pair two for stereo and an incredible sound experience. I also pair it with my tv through Apple TV. It’s really nice.

Great sound, connects well if you have great wifi. Had issues first day, I moved it from my living to my gym/garage and I couldn’t connect to it, and is not like other speakers that uses just Bluetooth, so if your internet is down, you basically can’t use it.

Have two of these as a stereo pair with my Apple TV. Sound great! Can really put out the bass if you want them to. Only wish is for more customization, but that’s with anything Apple.

Looks good, sounds good, and easy to use. No issues with setup or update. Took it out of the box and plugged it in. It paired with my iPhone within a few seconds. Opened the Home app and updated the saodtware to 16.3 with no issues.

Excellent crystal clear sound out of the box with no tweaking…super easy setup. I do agree though that these are better when paired with another for stereo sound.

The 2nd generation Apple HomePods are great speakers! However, they are not as good as their predecessor (1st gen HomePods). If the first HomePods are 100%, then these are somewhere between 85-90% as good. These speakers have two less tweeters (5 instead of 7), which affects the sound quality a little bit. The voices are very clear, but they sound as if they come out if the left speaker, as opposed to everywhere. Sometimes the speakers just stop playing. It only lasts for a few seconds, but it’s annoying because you have to start the song over at times. Also, Siri doesn’t hear you as well. Sometimes you have to speak loudly for Siri to hear you. Bottom line: these are excellent speakers, but they do have a few flaws.

Replaced my sound-bar with the HomePod and it has been really good. The sound and the bass are top tier plus paired it with a few HomePod mini to have my bedroom with complete surround sound.

Ignore the reviews saying HomePod version 2, this version, doesn't sound as good as the 1st generation. This version sounds absolutely amazing. You won't be disappointed with the quality of the audio. Plus, the sometimes unpredictable and shaky AirPlay connectivity issues that were part of the 1st generation HomePod are GONE!. They have been completely resolved. I've never seen anybody write or talk about that issue. One more thing, if you have an Apple TV 4K, you can reliably pair the speaker with your Apple TV now. If you can afford it, get two speakers for a phenomenal sound experience.

I’ve been obsessed with the HomePod since it’s first release and own three of the originals. The new version does have better sound quality which was to be expected. I also like how the newer versions is actually black verses the dark gray. I use them as speakers for my living room television and i love how i can pump sound throughout my entire unit by connecting all of my HomePods to whatever i am playing. I never miss a beat no matter what floor or room I’m in.

I bought this about a month ago without being able to see it work in the store, and let me tell you…WOW!! How happy i am with the sound and ability to use with my AppleTv. Made my sound bar almost seem obsolete.

I love my home pod and how loud it gets for watching movies and listening to music!! I have two and when it comes to watching scary movies the sound really makes you jump at certain scences

I went ahead and snagged two of these to use with our Apple TV in a stereo pair. Atmos sounds great, with a nice rich width. Really great compliment to your Apple TV hardware. Music, Movies, etc all sound great. Tough to beat when you’re able to go fully wireless.

This unit is on the expensive side in my opinion, but I do have to say, you get what you pay for. Excellent sound. Good clarity and tremendous bass!

Got 2 big homepods and 3 small ones and managed to connect them all in my room and it sounds great especially with spatialized audio. Movies are insane great bass and surround sound
