Sound nice and clean. No loud. Very nice peace en tv console. Efficiency. The price maybe it’s too much.

I love it … has great sound and easy to setup and use.

Bought this open box and it has worked perfectly. Started my smart home with it as the main hub. No problems. The sound was lacking highs to my ears and sounded muddled. Thought about returning it. Put my hearing aids in and it sounds fantastic for such a small little device. I can’t think of one complaint. Works seamlessly.

I bought 2 to stero pair them and im absolutely blown away! I tested them spatial audio songs on apple music and Netflix premium plan with dolby atmos. Very cool how it adabts to the room. Was very cool hearing things all around. Im using them in a small room and pairing them with my 4k apple tv. This is definitely best than most sound bars. Highly recommend them!

excellent sound, easy connectivity looks great, a bit expensive. Can't stream from any other apps but iTunes or transfer media from iPhone.

Crystal clear sound, but bass is sure clear but loud. Luckily there is an option to reduce bass especially later at night

Purchased the stereo pair to replace a soundbar. Sound is immersive, Dolby Atmos sounds great! Setup was kinda tricky (surprised being an Apple product) but reason being one HomePod required firmware update to continue setup. Once setup, HomePod is easy to use, Siri responds quickly, and handoff from Music app is great! There is no audio lag using these as TV speakers. I’d recommend to hold HomePod from the base as the mesh housing feels kinda soft, and may get damaged or dented if trying to carry it from the sides.

I consider myself an audiophile; I enjoy hearing music (and especially motivating my work day) with an ambient feel that I can sense the "woof" of it and the sweep. I only purchased one Apple HomePod for my office and it does a great job of filling the space and enhancing the atmosphere. I intend on purchasing a second one (when it becomes conducive) in order to create a stereo experience for watching movies.

Overall the HomePod second generation is a great speaker system, especially when paired with another for stereo sound. Unfortunately, the specific unit that I purchased from Best Buy had a problem with the operating system, and I had to return it as it could not be set up, and Apple couldn't fix it without returning the product to them. That was more of APPLE's problem than Best Buy's. Got another one, and it works great and paired well with the existing HomePod I had.

I love it! Much better than the mini. The base is insane and much louder.

Is to easy to handle besides is small but powerful enough to reach the whole house

An excellent smart speaker when paired with a second to create a stereo pair. When used as your audio output from an AppleTV the pair will support Dolby Atmos spatial sound if the streaming content has it available. The 2nd Gen HomePod also works as a Thread border router, allowing you to add Matter compatible devices to your home automation network. The HomePod also includes a temperature and humidity sensor. And of course, it works with Siri.

I am in absolute love with all the Apple HomePods. The sound quality as a stereo pair is wonderful. HomePods make using Apple HomeKit so easy. Plus, I don't feel like they spy on me as much as Alexa. You know you mention something near Alexa and suddenly it is on your Amazon feed?

I know there's been many glowing reviews of the new HomePod and some not as glowing. Here are my thoughts, the sound is great, there' a solid bass sound out of it. The form factor is nice, it's smaller than a device like the Echo Studio. The built in Tenmp/Humidity sensors are a nice addition. It has that solid Apple build look and quality to it. Now, would I add a second for stereo sound, probably not. For the price of two I'd go for something like the Sonos Arc which I think has better overall quality and sound. The ability to have two HomePods connected to an Apple TV is a great option, but again at that price I think Sonos would be better for a few dollars more. Plus, if you use them for TV sound you're stuck always being in the Apple universe for all your TV watching. The other issue at least for me, Apple doesn't integrate with SiriusXM or Spotify, to start either of those services you'll need to go to your device and can't simply say "Hey Siri play Spotify/Play Yacht Rock on SiriusXM" If you're in love with Apple, you'll of course love this, if you're familiar with many of the other smart speaker options, I am not sure you'll see that big of a difference for the cost. (now if it dropped by $50 I think it'd be the ideal price point) I would recommend it for those deeply into the Apple Ecosystem/Apple Home setup. If you're not and more in the Nest/Echo ecosystem then you may be disappointed.

Amazing quality sound for the size and price. Does a great job on its own, but has other set up options, including pairing if that is needed.

We are an apple household. Mac, Macbook, airpods, iphone, ipad... It made sense for us to get a Home Pod. We did have an Alexa unit, which was great, but.. just didn't offer the seamless connection that the HomePod has. I loved how easy it was to set up and regret not getting one sooner.
