First, I’m a huge Apple HomePod fan anyway. I like having two to play music as a stereo pair. But also it works great as an entertainment system if you have an Apple TV. I highly recommend

I am a Apple guy. I have purchased lots of Apple products. The reason for a two rating is connectivity. I purchased 2 of them. I could not get the HomePods to turn on with my Apple tv, iPad, or iPhone with any sort of consistency. When they were connected they would cut out on a regular basis. Very frustrating. They sound good. Wifi with any other electronics in the home are not the problem. I spent $600 for two of them. I returned them to Best Buy. I have never returned a Apple product,

Sound quality is awesome and it’s very easy to pair with an Apple tv. My one gripe is that the surround sound isn’t very immersive and probably really needs a second HomePod to really work well

these are seamless and easy to configure. They sound processed but otherwise fairly good. I am not that impressed and kind of on the fence. Unfortunately, two homepods 2 seem very overpriced. Also, the lack of I/O makes it more difficult (but not completely impossible if youre technically savvy) to use them with non-Apple or older systems. The biggest issue i had was with best buy customer service. Because if a system glitch, i had go sait almosf two hours in the store for their system. And i also had fo call in to their tech team to clear it up. I dont think the folks working here know what theyre doing. So part of the review is just to reflect on the seemingly endless hassles I’ve experienced with best buy despite shelling out for totaltech.

It’s a great speaker. I bought two and use it kind of like surround sound. It didn’t have much bass, though. And it crackles every once in a blue moon.

Great improvement in sound where mids and highs are balanced with the low end to provide a real acoustical result that gets you closer to the music.

Loved the first one so much I got another. Sound is great. I can hear details and other small touches that I haven’t heard from other speakers.

Easy set up. Sound is good for the most part. Maybe I just have not figure this out yet but it does seem like the highs are very high. Sounds a little muffled when playing music.

I have multiple HomePods for my home, this one is my favorite smart speaker. Not as smart as some of the others on market but the sound quality is amazing

Bought 2 home pods and Apple TV devise, use it to create stereo sound for my television and also use it to unlock my front door when I’m not home.

They are pretty good speakers for movies and music listening, but definitely not worth the hype. I originally purchased just the one and was happy with it since it paired nicely with my Apple TV 4K, but after hearing how much better they would be if you purchased a pair I was easily let down. The only saving graces were that they can be used with ARC with my Apple TV so my PS5 gaming sound was also improved and since they are much smaller than a soundbar it fit nicely with the room I was working with. So if you are expecting Atmos quality speakers with movies these simply are gonna disappointing because the reviews I read said it was possible but it only seems to work with Apple Music.

Works great, the sound that comes out of it is clear and i can hear it even when were having our dinner parties with 12-15 people!

Great speaker sound, has great sound clarity. Especially useful for those who are in the Apple ecosystem. I use mine as a stereo pair for my tv, they work great for movies and general music listening.

Best smart speaker for Apple users. Speakers sound slightly better than the first generation ones. Detachable cord and slightly lower weight are other advantages. Siri could be improved.

Had a mini but wanted to place that in the bedrooom. Needed something for the living room and the main TV sound. This does the job snd let me place the smalker one in bedroom!

Great sound and works with our Apple products. We had a Bose speaker and it suddenly died. So we decided to try the HomePod. It's a bit pricey but as all Apple products are. Quality can't be beat.

I enjoy this speaker in the main room while the other two rooms has the smaller home pods. great sounds.
