While the bass is good, the speaker lacks louder sound, many other competitors will be louder and retain great bass quality. The benefit to this speaker is the built in humidity and temperature readings. Aside from that…I’d say it’s worth no more than 160$ cause it’s requires an iPhone or iPad to set it up, the HomePod can only play music over Wi-Fi and AirPlay—you can't use Bluetooth. So no android devices or windows PC.

Came with no instructions on how to set up! Unable to interface with my iPad!

Apple - HomePod (2nd Generation) Smart Speaker with Siri - White This Homepod was really cool at first sight with the lighting but it not what I need since I couldnt connect it to my computer. Overall was okay for me.

Its a homepod nothing exceptional. Easy to use with iPhone.

This was my 5th home pod. I had four of the 1st gen homepods and they sounded great, but since Apple discontinued them, I got rid of them. Well, I decided to purchased the sec gen and boy I am glad I did. The sound is great. I have this connected to my Apple TV and the sound fills up our room.

As all Apple products, this thing is amazing with lots of options and accessories. The Best Buy experience was great as well. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

excellent product, excellent service and delivery. unfortunately we had to return only because we could not make it work with my hearing aid ReSound Streamer II, Tried everything for over 4 hours. ReSound said it would not work. We tried. Sad.

It was a great device for the first 1.5 years but recently it has started randomly playing music without prompt and often it randomly plays music at night waking me up. Unfortunately, Apple support has been useless and its outside of the one year warranty. A Google search shows numerous Apple support threads and Reddit threads about this.

Really good bass ratio the only thing is I wish there where some kind of equalizer

Terrible experience with HomePod. It frequently loses connection even when sitting next to the router. De-syncs from other HomePods 12+ times per day, stops playing, and then starts randomly playing another playlist. Volume goes way up and then way down between songs. Laggy controls from iPhone even when using airplay. Just a terrible product, made even more frustrating by the high expectations Apple gives for things in their “ecosystem.” I bought Sonos speakers as replacements and have had zero issues. Should have gone with Sonos at the start.

It's the best option we have, the truth is I love this speaker.

Bought a refurbished HomePod…really difficult to set up because it had be set prior. Had to call Apple Support and after 90 minutes he finally got it to work on my network. Not sure it was properly refurbished for sale.

Okay sound on the HomePod, I did notice that when connected to another HomePod they play at different speeds so one will play a few seconds before the other which sucks but other than that they’re very sleek and cool looking and super easy to install

This Apple Home Pod is Awesome! The speaker sound system is great! My previous one broke after a few years so replaced it and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Can’t do without my Home Pod.

Sound is okay overall. However, connectivity is restricted to Apple product which is a big downside if you plan on connecting non-Apple devices.

Sound is pretty good but not as loud as you would expect. I ended up returning it.

Work good, have little scuff on wire but it is working all great

I am so glad that I went and added the Homepod to the mix. I had previously purchased the black one and debated purchasing another but wanted fully experience what was described. I’m very grateful that I did and very pleased.
