I added this with another for a stereo pair to my entertainment system I have set up in my living room and oh my gosh let me tell you I love the sound. It’s no big time system but what cones out of it wow the sounds is awesome. I have both paired to my home kit and to play music and listen to movies is an outright treat to listen to. I didn’t expect any bass out of them but it sure does sound like it has great bass. Dolby atmos movies I love the sound out of it especially with my Apple TV all working together. You won’t be disappointed get you a pair not 1 but 2 for a better experience.

I love this thing. It sounds so much better than a portable speaker. Works great with Apple Music, and decent with Spotify. I mainly like it because there isnt a need to push a button for on or off. I can just stream from my phone right away.

HomePod is absolutely fantastic, the sound is great, the setup is a bit clunky but simple enough if you're an Apple user. I am using this with my Apple TV 4K as the primary audio source for movies and sports that we watch on the projector. It's great unless your WiFi cycles, then it just doesn't auto-connect unless you restart it. Otherwise, flawless. I don't use Siri often, so whatever... It has Siri. But so does everything else so not impactful to me.

Great sound and bass! I was surprised at the sound of this speaker. Works effortlessly with iPhone and Apple TV. I will note it is not Bluetooth, but connects via WiFi.

Very good quality surprisingly good bass for the size. Would definitely recommend getting 2 for stereo pair.

I totally regret my purchase. im a big apple fan, and for this HomePod to be so sluggish is so disappointing. the bass and sound is AMAZING! but when it comes to connections, and Siri, its so POOR!! it makes having commands useless and Siri useless. there ever hardly access or connection. I feel like wasted money, and now the sound started stat icing and I only had this for a month and a half and im disappointed completely.

I bought the home pod to integrate with smart devices and for the speaker. I will be buying one more and probably a mini as well. I wish Apple would work with a couple of devices I have directly. The industry needs more standards with the control protocols.

I got this new one to replace an original that was many years old and had developed an intermittent popping noise. This new one runs a lot smoother and quicker with commands and responses. Siri seems to understand me better, which may be the device hardware being better or the backend/software improvements. The music sounds fantastic and gets plenty loud for my basement. I don’t have any complaints, it’s a solid product and i really enjoy it!

Great sound quality and easy set up. Siri is siri but its nice to have it. Wish it had some battery life and portability.

I got this to use as a thread border router to start building out a Thread/Matter smart home and for that purpose it has worked without a hitch. Of course the sound is also very good for the size, and it's really well integrated with the whole iPhone/iPad/Mac ecosystem that we have. I'm most surprised and impressed with the amount of bass that comes out of this thing! It may not be audiophile quality sound, but it's loud and enjoyable and works for me as a music-lover and a picky tech person. If you can stomach the price, I highly recommend it!

Why did I wait so long? This is an Incredible addition to my environment. The sound of the speakers in this system is amazing. The integration with my Apple TV+ has been insane. I’m just beginning to understand the potential and now i want to change all my Alexia over to Siri. How it works with my iPhone and iPad is so smooth. I couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Believe me it’s been truly a satisfying addition.

The HomePod (2nd Gen) is the best sounding speaker ive ever heard. It handles bass very Well and can get super loud as a standalone speaker.

We added HomePod Speakers to our home in addition to HomePod Mini speakers for sound throughout the house, using the larger HomePod speakers in rooms where additional stereo volume is needed. It works perfectly and can all speakers can be controlled by voice or cellphone.

Apple HomePod gen 2 could be for you! By itself it honors the sound spectrum that the first HomePod introduced, although me, as a gen 1 owner can notice the difference that the absence of two mics cause, I love loud music, unhealthy levels of volume. Siri will struggle to hear the command once the volume goes above 76% to me this is a deal breaker. But apple HomePod gen 2 could be for you if you’re a human being that cares for your hearing health and only reproduce your content at reasonable levels of volume, making this, the best sounding home speaker that also supports Siri. Not the smartest assistant but she does best what the HomePod is suppose to do,

I purchased a pair of these new HomePods to go with an AppleTV 4K - replacing my cumbersome soundbar/subwoofer/satellite speaker setup. To be frank, these are absolutely awesome - you would never think this amount and quality of sound would come out of this "Pod" - I hear things now I never even knew were present with my old setup. They are a little pricey but well worth the money, no other speaker comes close quality wise or aesthetically at this price point. Do yourself a favor, get paid - you will be impressed!!

Solidly built, excellent sound. I own the first generation and the bass on that one is better but gen 2 is 50$ less. Bought 2 for stereo pair.

Particularly the bass frequencies are superlative. Top rate excellent sound quality with seamless airplay. Packs a lot of punch in a small and attractive device.

I am so happy that Apple brought this back. I have an older one so I LOVE THIS! These are awesome! Deep rich sound. Much stronger than the smaller ones that have been out. (I have a few of those) I put this in every room that I can and the sound fills the room. I simply play music from my iPhone and enjoy a great sound. Very easy to set up. Sets up in seconds with your iPhone. THANK YOU APPLE for finally bringing this back!!!
