This is perfect for bedrooms. Perfect sound and bass!

It's a nice way to talk to Siri without using your phone, I guess. I just bought one so that I could connect my Hue and other smart home stuff to Siri/Homekit, and, for that, it has done its job. But that's pretty much all I use it for, since I can just talk to Siri through my watch or phone at any point, and I have much bigger, better sounding speakers to listen to music on. Now, if this thing had an aux output for connecting external speakers to it, it would be a 5-star device and wouldn't feel so overpriced. But, no, Apple wants you to drop big money on 2 of their bigger speakers if you want good stereo sound.

I’m not expecting much on this tiny speaker but I’m very satisfied with the performance of the speaker. The sound is great for a small speaker. Don’t expect to have the base to sound like a sub but it’s there. For your regular listening and podcast is good. As for the smart capability, don’t really expect anything good. Just treat it as small speaker. It can help you with some of your smart devices and answer basic questions.

I think this is the best smart speaker. You can get over all of them because it’s an Apple product and if you have an Apple phone, it will work with your phone and there are many amazing features because of that I highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their home with a smart speaker.

Bought 2 of these, tentatively. Having previously had a pair of the full-size HomePods, I was skeptical. At the price point, these are a better value than the big ones. If you have the room layout, you’d be better buying 4 of these than a pair of bigger version.

This device has great sound and works well within our house, which is Apple-centric. We are very pleased with the purchase and would fully recommend to others.

This is a great little speaker and delivers very good sound for its size. I really wish Apple still gave customers the option to purchase the original larger speaker as the sound is far superior. Just glad I bought two of the old-style HomePod's before they discontinued them.

With thread, Bluetooth and other IoT devices will be able to connect to it with good response time, broader reach without clogging up your WiFi (bandwidtb). - definitely recommend if in the Apple ecosystem.

The device itself, and the sound quality is awesome. I’ve wanted a home pod, and with this more affordable one, decided to try it. Turns out I use it mostly for listening to music whenever I’m in the kitchen cooking. The intercom feature is cool, but I need more pods to really be able to call the rooms when food is ready.
