Works great. I've been using it for smart lights, outlets, taking and receiving phone calls, and listening to music. Very easy to setup and no problems so far. Hope to use it as a speaker for my television in the future.

Bought for my husband for Christmas. Works great and sounds great. Just be careful if you have more than one phone attached to it and are near it. Mine always tries to connect when my husband already has his going.

I bought two of these thinking I could use them for surround sound with my AppleTV. It turns out you need the larger one of these in order to do that, but since I use a lot of Apple products this one still makes it nice to be able to play music throughout the house as I am cleaning.

In general I like it although trying to connect to radio station on app on my iPhone at times takes some doing as the pod seems to prefer the songs on my playlist. Also, at times the connection gets lost unexplainably. I haven’t used it for anything else. It does have good sound

I love apple products in general! The sound is perfect. I just wish it was wireless at some point because now i just have to keep it plugged in. I know its mainly a homepod, but still it wouldnt hurt if it was wireless. Over all i would recommend it. Shape and texture is so good!

I got this for my 85-year old mom. She learned to use SIri to order up some Christmas music for the kitchen. This is a really great product and I love the orange color

The audio when speaking could be a lot louder. When playing music, the audio gets loud. It surely cannot replace Google Assistant or Alexa. It tries to prioritize music over anything else. I really hate it when it tells me to try asking on my phone.

Big sound in a small package. Syncs very well with other Apple products, and if you have more than one speaker they sent together to give us surround immersive sound.

Works great and great voice recognition too. Best of all, the music sounds great! Can’t believe Apple integrated such an awesome speaker system into this little ball!

Love it. Sounds great. I have mine in my master bathroom. Listen to music and podcasts. I bought a smart bulb for my night stand lamp so I tell Siri to turn on and off. Very happy with the mini HomePod.

I live in a condo complex, so it’s a bit challenging to find the balance between decent sound and pounding bass that will make the neighbors angry. These seem to achieve that balance. I have 2 of them set up as a stereo pair, they sound great and I haven’t heard any complaints from the adjacent units! I do use these at a pretty reasonable (low) sound level though, so don’t think that you can crank up the volume with the same results, I definitely COULD make the sound heard by my neighbors..

It’s really nice on the nightstand. I like having it right there all the time for asking Seri to do stuff or answer questions. Turn out the lights, Okay. What’s the time, no problem. What’s the forecast, right there, loud and clear.

Just starting with smart home and this was a cost effective way to add a hub. It sounds great and works surprisingly well.

I was admittedly a little skeptical when purchasing the HomePod, as the price is a lot to spend. However, I am very happy I made the plunge. The thing that surprises me most is just how much punch this little thing can pack. Is it the same level as a home sound system? No. However, it can fill my dorm room with enough sound to make your teeth rattle at times. I normally keep it at 60% volume but there is still plenty of untapped power left. TL:DR - Great sounding speaker, excellent low end sounds, but a fairly hefty price tag for a single speaker.

It super easy to use, I got 3 of them at the house and they connect to each other with no problem, I can listen to the same song all over the house or I can have a different song play in each one of them.

It's loud enough to fill a room with sound. Bass, mids and treble are all distinct and easy to detect. The HomePod mini's 360-sound works as advertised. The HomePod Mini is Apple's most affordable smart speaker. It's worth a look if you're an active Siri user, or if you're already invested in Apple's ecosystem

Expensive for what it does, but also functions as a Home-Kit Base (bluetooth access), sound is pretty darn good for the size but if you're only using it for its speaker function, you might as well look into larger speakers (soundbars for example) for similar price (when on sale).

After years with an Echo, I feel liberated. Siri does what I ask her to do, the HomePod Mini always keeps my network connection and the sound is amazing! Plus, I use this at the office so I appreciate Apple’s tight security focus!

The HomePod is great if you love Siri. Unfortunately I bought it when iOS 15.2 was out which made using the HomePod an absolute nightmare. You would expect that a $99 device wouldn’t have software updates that make it unusable. Fortunately Apple fixed the issue in iOS 15.3
