Incredible Sound!

My sons love them

Disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew it wasn’t the best speaker to buy with an assistant on it, but I have many Apple products and thought I’d give it a shot. It was a little weird setting it up especially cause it didn’t connect through Bluetooth like I thought it would. It used your WiFi to connect to it. You had to control the settings through the home app which I didn’t like and it was laggy when trying to play music from Apple Music to it. It had a tap feature that you could use with your iPhone to transfer what you were listening to on your phone to the HomePod, but it took awhile and it actually started playing music from my iPhone when I didn’t want it to when I got close to the HomePod. I’m giving it 2 stars because it did sound alright, but everything else about it was disappointing.

I have the original HomePod which sounds amazing but much bigger. Bought these for my kids rooms and they love them. Replacing amazon echo dots and these blow them it of the water.

It is easy to use, easy to control with Siri, and sounds really good. The speaker is not the smallest on the market, nor is it the largest, but is has room filling sound. The bass on this speaker is much better than I expected also. If you have an iPhone, this is a wonderful addition to your setup.
