I love the sound that the speaker produce but I wish I could move it without unplugging

This was my “kinda” cheaper solution to wanting to have speakers around the house and being able to play whatever audio as I go about my day and not miss anything. These could be so good. But man, they’re just so buggy. I hope and pray they get the software worked out because there is so much potential. But they’re just too buggy and unpredictable. Maybe wait another year until some issues are resolved

Bought it for my son. He seems to really like it. Was easy to setup and seems to always work and sounds pretty good for a little speaker.

I like it it the volume is loud and clear definitely worth it.

First, If you are using this solely as a music player it sounds incredible. The reviews aren’t lying, it is an amazing streaming music player but problems really come into play with using it in concjunction with Apple TV. It consistently froze the image or cut off the audio, the Apple TV remote control would only occasionally control the volume of the connected homepod while watching TV, and my video quality was also sporadically decent at best when using the HomePod for my audio source. These problems only worsened with the addition of airplay 2 through an update. Basically, it failed to play audio that was not directly requested via voice through the HomePod about 30-40% of the time. I spoke with Apple several times but they never had a solution, constantly forwarding the info to the engineers but they couldn’t fix the problems either apparently. I even upgraded my router and WiFi package but with two expresses and an extreme pulling 112mbps it still wouldn’t cooperate with the Apple TV. My whole house is filled with Apple products and I’ve been thrilled with the results of all of them except this one. Depending on your intended use, it’s either a homer in or a dud.

A gift for my mom. She loves it. She sets alarms on it and listens to music.

Pros are size, affordability, you can place in different rooms use intercom , Cons not enough power which is expected from the size.
