Love my HomePod mini! First homepod I've purchased and quality is top-notch as with all Apple products. Will be purchasing more for other rooms in my house as I build out my AppleHomekit smart home.

I really want to give this speaker 5 stars. The sound is phenomenal, the functionality is phenomenal...however....the first month I had this device, I was plagued with constant issues keeping my devices connected to the speaker. I use this device 99% of the time with airplay from my iPhone X. During this month, I could not play music for more than about 30-45 minutes before I would lose connection to it. The HomePod would not drop off if my network, it was almost like it would start rejecting traffic from my iPhone. I tested this on an iPhone X, iPhone 6s, iPad Pro, and from iTunes on a windows based computer. I set the HomePod up on its own wireless network (different access point than my main) that was very close to it to verify the signal was strong, but the issue still occurred. After a couple factory resets and making some changes to my home hub settings, this issue *seems* to have disappeared. I have also revamped my home network to a Ubiquiti one, so that might also be a factor. Either way, the speaker still sound absolutely stunning. Especially the bass that this little can is able to create.

I couldn’t make it connect for the first 3-4 days I had it but it eventually worked, other than that. It works perfectly, especially in small rooms/echoey like a bathroom

Great quality speaker and value, very functional - easy to setup!

Little speaker is decent. Nothing compared to the original HomePod. It lacks the bass and volume of the original. Also, have had issues with Apple Support in terms of Thread networking. They advertise it for this product, but it’s not fully implemented from what I understand. I have two of these set up as a stereo pair, it helps but still can’t match one original HomePod. I would wait for the next version of the Mini. Siri isn’t any better on it either.

super small and cute but the sound is excellent. i just wish siri did more things.

Great sound quality! The bass is really loud, which is exactly what I wanted. Siri works well and can hear you even when it’s loud around you. I don’t want to switch to Apple Music from Spotify, but if I did this product would be perfect.

For its size I was surprise that the sound quality was not far off from its big brother the original HomePod. Sure it lacks the surround sound and the spatial awareness but speaker of this size is not meant for that. I recently switch back to Apple Music and I really like the handoff feature. Using a stand alone Mini already sounds good, a stereo pair makes it better.

Easy to set up. Siri is tied to our smart home system. Music sound is unbelievable.

I own several of these. Have them in every room. I often by a set of theses as gifts for others. I pove showing them off when they are a stereo pair. I would suggest these for everyone in the apple network.

I own both the HomePod and mini and for the size of the latter, it packs a punch as far as sound level and quality. I own two and have them connected to my TV and again am blown away with the results. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I highly recommend getting one (or two) if you’re thinking about it.

Replace some older Samsung speakers that have been very problematic - always cutting out and disconnecting. The Apple HomePods were easy to set up and reliably play music in a multi-speaker setup. They are not very big and are not as powerful as the Samsungs, but they stay connected. For smaller spaces they are big enough to provide sound.
