bought this as a homekit hub and it works great so far!

SLAPS. Was used in a birthday party and it was more then what could be asked for

A nice addition to the Apple ecosystem. It sounds good and works as a hub for your HomeKit accessories. Setup is quick and easy using your iPhone. I have the original HomePod setup as a stereo pair and I believe these would make a great stereo system especially for smaller spaces.

I’m overall pleased with this product, but there is one major FAIL in the functionality- I’ve spent years creating play lists from my various classical music tracks and operas, and a simple ‘Hey Siri, play Playlist ——‘, yields a simple reply: ‘I’m sorry I can’t find that on Apple Music’. So, the product is basically hard-wired to steer you to an Apple Music subscription. Try to play a playlist you’ve created - no go! So, the solution is to go to the iPhone, Mac, or iPad, pick the playlist you want to play, and click the 1st track and then the Menu comes up then after all that work, you can pick the HomePod Mini speaker/s you want to play. A lot of work & clicks to play a playlist. Siri JUST DOES NOT WORK when you want to play a pre-created playlist!

My only complaint is that Spotify is not natively supported. You can still connect from a phone/laptop and play whatever audio you want on the speaker, so it's possible, but annoying and a waste of computing power.

The sound quality is insane in terms of its size. Must have if you have other Apple products as it integrates beautifully.

Not much to say, the HomePod mini is a great and easy way to add music to any room. Add a couple and you have music in every room perfectly synced. For their size the sound quality is superb.

Great sound, great integration with the Apple ecosystem, compact. Basically everything I want in a speaker. I picked it up on sale for $80, which made it a great value in my opinion.

This speaker hits. I have 2 of them and they sound amazing together. I will admit that Siri is absolutely horrible when it comes to 95% of what an assistant should be able to do but if you’re buying this for Siri that’s a problem. I’m starting to get my HomeKit products in order but they are few and far between so Music is the main reason for buying this. For $299 it’s a hard sell with what this speaker isn’t capable of but when bestbuy has it for $199 you can’t go wrong if you are living within the apple ecosystem.

Loved the other 2 apple HomePods that I bought an had to buy another for the kitchen. I’m glad I bought the original bigger speaker because the smaller home pods go with it quiet well

What more could you ask for? Apple delivers with a high quality smaller speaker that provides big sound for any room in your house. And at $99, it's the perfect deal for the holidays.

There was a lot of bad press about the Homepod on its release but I have to say nothing compares to this speaker. If you're in the Apple ecosystem you need one of these! I have two in my apartment and it never fails to impress me with its sound quality. Siri isn't the smartest assistant but she can be helpful with weather and news updates. One thing that doesn't surprise me is Apple Music almost unlocks a whole nother layer of magic when using over Spotify.

All you had to do was plug it in scan the top and connect it to your wifi and it was ready to go

Great for having music in the bathroom, or any room for that matter. Can be used as a speaker for Apple TV so you don't have to use the built in speakers on the tv so it sound better.

I pitched two of these to pair them up with my new Mac Mini and the sound is great. Use my downstairs for both office, and workout area so it’s great to use them while working, or working out.

We purchased two of these and it has been a great addition to our household the kids love it and we can intercom between rooms and it really has great sound! We will be getting more to place around the house!

What a perfect fit for a bedroom! Paired up two of these with my Apple TV and now movie nights in bed are not only cozy but filled with great room filling sound!

Easy set up, great sound & siri works great! Also great if you pair multiple around the house.
