I recently purchased an Apple HomePod mini from Best Buy, and the experience has been excellent in every way. The HomePod mini itself is a fantastic product. nice ascetic's to these…definitely a fan of the color, orange…small speakers with surprisingly great sound..using a pair to get a surround feel…placed them here, for now…still playing with replacement…

for how small they are, they have insane volume. if you’re getting the minis. i would recommend 2 to get the stereo pair. pairing with my apple tv was extremely easy and these have come a part of my daily life. siri may not be as intelligent as alexa/google it comes to some things, but these speakers are amazing especially if you can catch them on sale

This little speaker looks cool and sounds amazingly rich—punching way above its weight. The speakerphone function works seamlessly, delivering far more utility than I expected.

I purchased this as a Bluetooth speaker for my kitchen because of it's compact size and was really surprised by how nice the sound from it is. The unit is about the size of a softball but sounds much bigger. The sound is just about as good as my Harmin Kardon speakers. I'm thinking of getting a pair for my living room to use with my sound bar for watching tv - since I believe they will work as stereo speakers when in the same area. I also use the Siri command capabilities to control my house lights.

Small but mighty. Excellent sound quality for its size! Rich full sound at highs, miss and lows. Does get very loud but perfect for a small room like a bed room. Perfect if you are deep in the apple ecosystem. For example subscribe to Apple Music. You care pair it with another mini and have full steel sound. I would highly recommend it to someone who was thinking of buying an apple smart speaker but didn’t want to spend the money on the regular home pod which has tremendous sound quality.

The HomePod mini is a fantastic addition to my home ecosystem. For its compact size, the sound quality is great—it easily fills the room and handles daily music playback beautifully. I use it daily and have successfully integrated it into my smart home, including setting up an automation to use music as my morning alarm, which works flawlessly. The seamless setup and powerful integration with Apple HomeKit are huge wins for the device. However, Siri definitely needs work. While basic commands are fine, the voice assistant frequently struggles with more complex requests or understanding context. I sincerely hope future software updates bring better, more responsive functionality to Siri to truly unlock the potential of the HomePod mini. Overall, it's a solid smart speaker and a great smart home hub.

Small, mighty, and easy to use. Works right out of the box, pretty much no setup needed so long as you have an iPhone.

Setup was straight-forward to use the HomePod Mini to stream YouTube Music. The sound is far richer and fills the space far more than you'd ever imagine something this compact would produce.

We purchased two, one for the kitchen and one for our bedroom. The sound quality is really good and the volume and fullness of sound is amazing for such small speakers. We are definitely glad we purchased them. We use them to listen to Apple Music, podcasts, and audio books. We are very pleased with them and recommend them for iPhone users.

Works very well, great sound for the size. Love the yellow color. Easy to plug in and set up. Wish I would have gotten one of these sooner.

The HomePod is a quality smart speaker as far as build quality and sound are concerned. It gets surprisingly loud for being a little bigger than a large apple. Additionally, it is very easy to pair with an iPhone because you have to unlock the phone and bring it close to the HomePod mini. One thing to mention is that this is clearly marketing towards those who use the Apple services. For me I use Apple Music and listen to podcasts while I do my work so it works really well.

Sound quality is pretty good with impressive bass and clear sound. But the only issue is with connectivity while using with multiple devices. I used with Mac and iPhone but every time after playing from Mac it was unable to connect to iPhone so I had to reset the HomePod. Also, it only supports Apple Music.

Bought this out of concerns with privacy issues with Amazon Alexa. Works extremely easy and better the more Apple products you have. Sound is great and setup is super, super easy. Only caveat is is that it runs on 802.11N not, AC or AX, but can still do 5ghz. Worth the price. I control all my Hue bulbs and other home devices and it works well. I love the fact that I can use it as a speakerphone for my iPhone and send messages, update my calendar, and more.

Like any other Apple product, the materials and the finish is high quality. I own the original Homepod and decided to try the mini. For the money, I would say it is worth it. You can get a decent sound quality considering its small size. Great mid-tones, and decent bass. Not the same as the bigger model in terms of quality, but you can expect that if you're looking for a compact product.

I am a casual listener of music, but fairly avid with podcasts. I have been pleased with the sound. It is better than I expected given the small size, but don't expect it to fill a room with sound. It is super simple to setup and I haven't had any issues with it losing connection to my WiFi network. I find that Siri works really well on the HomePod mini. Even with the sound up pretty loud, it responds very quickly to commands. It works great for making and receiving phone calls. If you are not an iPhone or iPad user, this would make sense to purchase though.
