Must have for those that live in Apple ecosystems.

Sound exceeds it s size. AirPlay only playback Good sound

I find my HomePod really useful. I use HomeKit compatible lights and thermostat, so it's easy to use voice commands to control my smart stuff. I also like being able to add things to my phones reminders list or calendar with the HomePod's Siri. The sound quality is fine for classical music or acoustic guitar.

Apple did a wonderful job fitting such great sound into a small speaker. The bass sounds great anywhere I stand in the room. However, the Siri functions are very limited. The sound alone is a reason to get a speaker though, and I'm sure Apple will add more Siri functions over time.

Great device especially when used in pairs for a tv

Already have one that I’ve been using for months. Bought this for another room in the house and to replace old Amazon product. Much more seamless to use with my smart home products. Gave it four stars b/c call quality isn’t great and music playback could be better. People on the other end couldn’t really hear clearly and music doesn’t sound as loud as with Amazon product but smaller size could be to blame.

I was impressed the first time I bought a HomePod. The sound is amazing. Decent bass for the size. So I purchased a second one and set them up as a pair in my living room. Wow! I got this one on sale for under $200. Worth every penny.

Its a good product, got here fast, and has great sound quality

It has a very nice sound, good bass. I wish it would stay connected to my Mac mini but it reconnects easily (Geek Squad agent mentioned that it might help to disconnect it and reinstall it). It is Airplay connected so you will need your iPhone.

Great sound quality. Also nice to know I am not being spied on by Amazon or Google. Too bad I cannot get Airplay to work because of the WiFi router configuration where I am renting. This is a hassle. Apple’s top bragging right is that their stuff works right out of the box. This does not.

Works amazing and was really easy to pair within the HomeKit.

This is my second Homepod. I have a few Hue lights and an Apple Music subscription, so I'm using it on a regular basis. Having a music background, I thoroughly appreciate the true sound it emits. I've used lots of speakers in my lifetime and can say this is the only speaker that I can clearly hear hi's/mid's/lo's without having to blast it. It's a great experience. I will be purchasing another in the next few months. Beats the Echo devices and Google homes for sure (in terms of sound!!) THE ONLY complaint I have is this: I have them paired with each other, one's in the living room and the other in the bedroom. I know I know, I promise I'm not that much of a snob in real life. I haven't had any hiccups with sound delay BUT what I do find annoying is only one of them will register my voice and respond back. A silly nuisance, but did want to call that out! They should work in unison. More of an Apple update.
