The product is great my issue is with how long it took to come. This was a Christmas gift and I didn’t receive it until December 29th which is ridiculous. I will never order online again during the holiday.

It’s a pretty good HomePod needs some updates to allow the Spotify app to stream and make it to where set reminder alarms don’t continue to play the alarm tone over and over until I tell Siri to stop Sound is great though

Looks great. Set up was easy. Now I have music in every room of my apartment. (This is my 3rd). Great option for convenience if you’re not a major audiophile.

Great speaker and Siri device for the living room. It can be set up to be in a foreign language (in my case, Cantonese) and it works great with Apple Music to play Cantonese songs.

The speaker sounds amazing, great bass, sound extremely clear at full volume, gets very loud, smart assistant works just fine, an over all great product

This is just what we needed. The sound is great! Easy to use, the kids love asking siri to play them songs!

I currently have a single HomePod. I love the integration with Apple Music. The handoff feature is amazing. Listening to something on your phone. Hold it over the HomePod and viola. I wish it had a little more power. It sounds great but it’s not going to outperform a set of decent bookshelf speakers. For general listenIng it’s great. I plan on getting at least one more. A stereo pair may have that extra volume I’m looking for. Having them in multiple rooms would help to for easier listening I. Multiple rooms

Easy set up. Great price. Amazing sound from such a small speaker. The three star rating is d/t the delayed delivery. I was guaranteed delivery by 12/17. Didn’t get it until the 26th. It was meant to be a Christmas gift.

Siri is getting better at doing home tasks and answering questions so I wanted to get this for my home office and do not regret it. I love waking up and asking for a news update.

Despite being fairly small the rich sound really fills up the room. I am surprised how well it can hear my voice even when playing music at a high volume. Whole family seems to enjoy it and it’s great for smart home stuff too. It’s a bit expensive but it basically replaced my music entertainment system and it sounds so much better than Echo speakers so if you care about sound quality for music get this instead.

Overall, I love the sound and ease of using Air Play from my iPhone and MacBook Pro. However, handoff only works 2 or 3 times before it quits working. Logging out and back in to my Apple account on the phone fixes it for another 2 or 3 times, but it just quits working again. Please note that this is *very* likely a software issue and will likely be fixed at some point. Pros: * Sound quality, clarity and volume are pretty great for its size. * Air Play works well. * Siri has been nicely responsive and helpful. Cons: * Handoff isn't working for me pretty much at all. * They're pretty expensive, but you usually get what you pay for.

Sound quality is amazing! Super simple to setup!!! Literally open the box, plug it in and sync it with your home app and voila!!

Oh, man! Knew I'd like this speaker just off the sound quality alone but wow. I'd been wanting one since it was released but didn't want to dish out so much for it, but once they discontinued it I had to finally pull the trigger. I know I'm in the minority about caring for sound quality in an era where people only care about their little playlists and streaming services and not albums and music libraries but if you're in the latter, this is for you. I want another.

On sale for $199,I bought 2 of them! For under $400 is a good price for superior sounds. Just enough bass for the size. *****

Love Apple products, but keeps malfunctioning when in use or setup

Super bass sound and looks great too. I am also using it as our Home Hub for smart garage doors, lights, etc, with the Apple Home app and Siri control of those appliances. Can be annoying at first because it will just start to randomly play music if you turn it on. After you get used to how airplay works, it's much better to just send music to it by phone or computer. It can hear you pretty well, so you might want to keep it away from the TV, since people often say things that sound like hey siri.

We purchased the Homepod because after comparing all of the speakers in the store several times the Homepod seemed to have the best sound out of all of them. We didn't care so much about voice control and knew that was a complaint, so we went with it because we just wanted the clearest sound. All in all, it honestly probably is only just slightly better than Bose and Sonos as far as the sound goes. As far as everything else goes it is AWFUL. I knew other reviews complained about Siri and voice control, but it is legitimately worthless. I can ask her what the weather is like that is where it ends. You can also ask her to play music in your iTunes, but sometimes it doesn't find the music and if you didn't purchase a song or album directly from iTunes than she will not find it which is pretty annoying because the majority of what we own in iTunes, a few hundred albums, was imported from our CD collection. Wouldn't be a problem if Siri/Homepod would just connect to Spotify like every other speaker, but Apple wants you to pay for an Apple Music subscription so they've purposely made it so Spotify can only work by manual input and not voice control. You can not ask Siri on Homepod a question beyond the weather..... it can tell me the temperature and if it's raining or not, don't ask anything else, it doesn't know, it can't look it up. So whatever, we're old, we lived in the time before AI and voice control so it wasn't as important of a feature for us, even though it would have been nice to have. The thing that makes me absolutely, completely regret buying this thing is that there is MAJOR audio lag. It is about 2 to 3 seconds, maybe even more, behind whatever device you're playing audio from. So you stop the music, it stops a few to several seconds later. You want to watch video on your tv or computer and play the audio through you're amazing sounding speaker? TOO BAD! They're mouth is going to be saying the word well before you hear it come out of the speaker. I wish we had just bought a Sonos or Bose system. We cool have had two speakers for the price of this hunk of junk and now we're so far out of the return period we're stuck with it. Do not buy it. Just don't. It's not worth the money, it's not worth the tiny fraction of better quality sound, don't, don't, don't.

I like how easy it pairs with my iPhone. This small speaker has power!

Got this as a gift for my almost 70 year old mother. She had no problem setting it up and loves it. Very good for the money.

One of the best products we have purchased. It’s so much more than “just” a speaker. We are trying to make our house a smart house while only using Apple Apple products or compatible with Apple HomeKit. HomePod is the brain to our smart house. It controls the garage door, lights, temperature etc. It works perfect. And also acts like a great speaker
