I was excited about this speaker that the sales rep spoke of So I purchased it and I’m not happy one bit. The item will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi and it is so temperamental to hook up to WiFi To be honest I wish I never purchased the speaker

Eh. We bought it because our alexa echo dot finally died. We are an Apple household and thought this would make the most sense to purchase. Less than wow’d. On the alexa we could play music and leave it going for our dog while we were out but this won’t. If my wife plays music on it the music will stop once she tried to play music from her phone in the car. From what I’ve read this is only possible with an “Apple family sharing plan” which is stupid.we thought we’d be saving the money we were paying for Amazon music because we already have Apple Music. Nope now if we choose to do this it links all of our Apple purchases to one account and we will be shelling out $30 a month. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Apple dropped the ball on this one.

Got this speaker when it was on sale. The sound quality is better than all of its competitors including Amazon Echo and Google Home. However, it falls short on the Siri part: bad voice recognition, cannot search the web, and limited music streaming services.

Love the HomePods. Have them all connected with multiple stereo pairs through the house. Seamless integration with Apple TV, iPhones, and iPads Wait for the sales.

I heard it in-store at apple and when I got it home it didn't bump as I wanted it to. it's good for small enclosed areas. makes a nice bathroom speaker but not for wide-open spaces in large homes over 2000 square feet. I sent it back!

I’m an Apple fan and these are great sounding speakers very responsive to request, but that being said they need voice recognition and able to support more than one user. I’ve had a few times when audible said hey seriously Siri took it as a command.

Not as good as echo dot and too expensive but it's ok.

People complain about Siri not being very useful on this Speaker. I’ve had Google & Amazon products and I’d stick with Apple over both of them. The integration with HomeKit is fantastic.

My choice was between this and Sonos One. When I tried to install it, Apple required that I enable Two Factor Authentication on my entire Apple account. I hate doing things twice. I'm smart enough to create and remember a secure password. Sorry Apple.

Nice speaker with great sound. It only supports Apple music, which is ridiculous considering you are paying $350. Competitors support Spotify, Pandora, Google music & even Apple music. I would've given this 5 stars if it supported more than Apple music.

Works well, except what it receives is more limited than I expected. It won’t stream my local station, and does not pick up Airplay from my phone; literature says HomePod does, but I guess not Mini.

This thing puts off some amazing sound but very flawed. It's my first smart speaker and sometimes it's nice to tell siri to change music track. Rarely plays nice with my itunes from my phone. Constantly having internet issues.

The sound range is among the best BUT there are limitations. You must be committed to Apple products and this is not Bluetooth. IF BBY is offering 4 months of free Apple Music it did not work for me as new subscriber. Disappointed in BBY

It’s alright. Only works when it wants to and sometimes I can’t get my iPhone to connect to it and I’m using a iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sound quality is great.

If you already have Apple products, such as I TV, iPhone, iPad or laptop You will love the Apple HomePod. Connect easily with other Apple products and you can simply skin in other Wi-Fi devices and use Apple’s home system

I bought this due to great reviews on the sound. I didn't like that anyone in a room can tell the speaker to read off my messages. For the price it isn't worth it. I wanted to like it, but I returned it and got a Sonos Playbar instead. No regrets!

I waited a while before buying a HomePod until it had multi-user support. At first it was a bit buggy and didn't recognized voices very well. Fortunately, it has gotten a bit better with the last few updates. Overall, it is a great speaker and I would recommend to any user of Apple devices.

In my opinion the HomePod lacks in voice assistance compared to many other smart devices. Quality wise, very nice material and modern looking and the audio is awesome. I would have given the HomePod a 5star but, since the voice assistance Feature is very outdated they lost a star.
