This product is decent but I expected more. It is not the easiest to use and often times it plays music that I haven’t selected on my phone. I also think it connects to my neighbors’ phones.

I bought this and returned after a few days. It is a great sounding speaker. It is great if you use Apple Music, I do not. I have other smart speakers that sound pretty good for less money. Siri needs work still.

I’m so loving my Apple HomePod. I have it setup in my master bedroom. Sounds amazing! I got it for a great price $199, and it’s totally worth it. Thank you, Best Buy!

It’s hard wired. Usability is seriously affected by the lack of a battery. Setup is simple, but actual use is a pain.

So far I'm on the fence whether this was worth purchasing or not. It has it's pros and cons for sure, but probably more pros than cons. I need more time for a better evaluation. I'm sure it can do more than what I'm technologically capable of.

I bought this product with a good deal and everything was very good. I was really happy and lucky when I bought this product very cheap on Best Buy.

HomePod is such an experience, It's something that will make your space feel complete. You can listen to the news, play music, ask it for the weather, and play some games!

I didn't really respond well to the smart features. I don't like talking to it!. I just wanted a good quality bluetooth speaker that was portable. This HomePod is designed for someone who wants it in one spot plugged in.

Apple did it again...simple, elegant, high end, and easy to use immediately with no fuss. Love it and find ourselves gravitating to this vs other speaker options for all the reasons cited.

I am a huge Apple guy but they missed on this one and don't seem to be committed to the platform. Go get a Sonos One for basically the same price.

The HomePod have awesome sound quality!! But I can’t use it with Bluetooth or optical. So I can’t use it for my tv. It work perfectly with my iPhone and iPad,but I need it for my TV.

Would have given 5 stars because I love the sound of HomePod but, I received a defective unit and the speaker started crackling after about 3 months of use and had to bring it to apple store to get replaced.

I have just spent 45 minutes trying to troubleshoot why this device spontaneously stopped using airplay. It was fine for three months, and then all of a sudden poof! No airplay. After completely resetting the HomePod, downloading the new iOS for my iPad, and spending 20 minutes on chat with Apple, The only solution they could offer was for me to schedule yet another call with a tech to try to figure out what the problem was. I am throwing this thing out the window and watching it smash on the road, at least I’ll get some thing out of my $90.

Great speaker only if you are in the Apple ecosystem. Siri isn’t that intelligent sometimes. The speaker quality is very good.

The product is good. It’s not as clear as other speakers I use through Bluetooth but works well. Disappointed that the 4 month Apple Music I was promised was a hoax. This is the 2nd time Best Buy didn’t follow through on their gift.

I have been building my smart home for a few years now and the HomePod is such a nice a nice companion. Being able to tell it to run lights on and off is great! There is a little more potential for other features but overall it’s something great to have.

Not really impressed with this product. Instructions made it sound easy to setup. Not so much. I Was left wondering if I was setup. No confirmation was given. I’m still a little confused on how to work with this product.

Not only does this light color blend into our decor, but it’s ability to link with another HomePod in another room is delightful. Looking forward to adding some home kit devices in the future!

Always wanted to have one of these and finaaly i got it for $100 less. was afair deal but now i am even happier nothing works better for me than a complete apple eco system
