This is a really silly purchase. $350 for a non-stereo music system is kinda stupid. Sure, it sounds better than the Google Home Max or new Amazon Echo, but the Max is a low bar and the Echo is a third of the price. Not that big of an achievement. Pros: -Decent sound for a non-stereo speaker, but won't fool anybody into thinking there is a large soundstage, even with its technology. -Best microphone sensitivity; a regular volume of speech will trigger the Homepod at max volume, very impressive Cons: -Expensive -Worse than 2 Sonos One's, which provide true stereo -Extremely limited music streaming service support

My wife and I finally took a chance on a Apple HomePod, after using cheaper units from both Amazon Alexa and Google home for years. We have not been disappointed. This has far better music playing qualities and it integrates much better with the rest of our HomeKit system. We were also impressed with how easily it picks up either of our voices from just about anywhere in the house, even while it is playing music. We’ve been able to whisper to tell a good night and turn off our smart lighting all the way from our bedroom to our living room. That said, we’re also glad that Apple does not capitalize on her conversations with the device and personal data in the way that Amazon and Google both do. Highly recommended, especially if you love listening to music.

Small easy to set up. Nice sound and very easy to set up.

I love this speaker. The sound is great. “Hey Siri” works wonderfully. Please be aware that this speaker only works with Apple Music or music that’s in your iTunes library and you must have WiFi. You cannot use Pandora, Spotify or any other music service.

I’m amazed of the sound quality of something so small.

I’ve been using big HomePods for almost two years now. Then apple introduced smaller iteration of their smart Speaker. It’s cheap, it’s tiny. Not bass boosted as big brother on the other hand. Siri assistant is still not that smart as one from Google but if you need to fill the room with music it definitely worth buying it. There is ton of other smart speaker on the market but for none of those fits Apple Ecosystem as HomePod mini.

Great addition if you're an Apple user, especially with HomeKit devices. Having a little trouble getting it setup to recognize the 4 different people in our family group, but I'm sure we'll figure it out soon. It can be a tad too sensitive when you're not in the same room as the device and want to just use Siri with "Hey Siri" on your device instead of the HomePod.

The item is great, just when i got to the store to pickup my item it was lost. I had to wait over an hour because no one could find it.

Love this use it all day everyday get you one or two!

Absolutely love this thing. Great sound quality, and the fact that Siri can hear me when invoked, at any volume, is utterly amazing. I use it every day to play music, check the weather, get updates on my daily calendar.
