One of the most underrated and overlooked Apple products on the market right now. Awesome sound from such a small device. High end is very clear, low end is impressive, especially for such a small device. I plan on getting another one to set up a stereo pair. The soundstage from just one device is beyond impressive. The only thing I would change is that, as of now, there is no native Spotify or other music platform integration. You have to manually stream from another device through AirPlay. Other than that, it’s an awesome little speaker, especially for cleaning days and talking on the phone! Highly recommend.

Little but very powerful wnd very useful well made

Won one of these from work, had to buy another just to have two. Awesome set up and I can hear everything in my room. I love the Siri application and how they are able to be controlled by your phone.

The sound is great, SIRI interacts very well, but we miss some languages

I had one of the old Apple Hi-Fi speakers many years ago and I liked that one. Once Apple announces that they were making the HomePod I was excited to see what it would be like, and the sound is incredible. This little speaker really packs a punch. While the speaker sounds great, it does lack some of the "smart" functions that I was hoping for. Siri is lackluster in the speaker right now, however, software is updatable. Apple has already announced that Airplay 2 will be supported later this year, and that's only the tip of the update iceberg that is to come. Siri can easily be updated to get smarter each month. I believe that Apple will be pushing out these updates as they are ready.

I now want one for every room! It may not be as smart as the Alexa box but nothing can touch HomePod when it comes to sound quality. And, you can almost whisper your commands from anywhere in the room and it understands. I purchased it for the sound quality, not intelligent conversation. The most amazing feature, IMO, is the way it recognizes each family member’s voice and Apple profile, playlists, etc. even if you are all in the same room taking turns calling out music preferences. For instance, it won’t play songs with explicit lyrics upon request from my 9 year old because of content restrictions in her device profile. If it recognizes me or moms voice, the content matched our restriction profile from our devices... genius!

This has to be one of the most satisfying purchases I've made in a long time. The setup was simple, it integrated well with other devices, and the sound quality and volume is absolutely fantastic.

I absolutely love the sound quality of the device. Best smart speaker I have used when it comes to sound. However, this may be a situation of my not so good WiFi, but connections could be hard to reach from time to time. So my advice is if you are into sound quality, you’ll love this device

This is a must have for any Apple user and it’s a great start for home automation. I have several of these in my home. You can even use them like an intercom.

Very pleased with this product. Easy to setup and use. If you’re familiar with the iPhone and Siri then you know how this works already. Music sounds great and makes it easier to control from your house.

Sound was nice and had cool features like providing room temperature and humidity, but I did not realize the pod only works plugged in. Nor rechargeable battery. I returned it for that reason.

Got it for my wife for her birthday she loves it and we are currently looking to buy more of them and some bulbs and other accessories that work with it to get the full experience of what it can really do

For years I was curious what these speakers sounded like. But the noise level in every Apple store I ever entered was so lound that there was no way to actually audition this speaker. And none of the Apple stores had 2 HomePods configured as a stereo pair. So I decided to take a leap of faith and buy a pair. I'm pleased to report that the sound quality is excellent for a $600 pair of speakers. Certainly as good as other $600 speakers that don't include in-board amplifiers. I don't much use Apple Music, but use the speakers to stream loss-less music from the 2300+ CDs I have in my iTunes library. And I use them to listen to several classical radio stations. If you tend toward being an audiophile, give these a try. Great sound quality!
