Happy with the HomePod mini. Like most Apple products, it does a good job at what it is supposed to do.

Love this little speaker. Sheek and great sound quality. Looks beautiful in my bedroom. Have the home pod in my living toom and this in my bedroom. Love how i can play both at same time

First, I bought this to replace an amplifier and two speakers that were taking up too much space in my kitchen, and on that front the HomePod was a great purchase. It sounds just as good as what I had before, with the added benefit of easier connectivity (no need for Bluetooth pairing). Where the HomePod lacks is in its voice capabilities. I frequently accidentally activate Siri when talking to my cat (saying things that sound nothing like “Hey Siri”), and the HomePod consistently has problems recognizing my voice vs my boyfriend’s (I often get the response of “I’m not sure who you are” when trying to add reminders or reading texts).

I’m really impressed with the sound quality and compatibility with the Apple TV! Some Smart home opportunities, but a great speaker!

This was a fantastic purchase. As an audiophile I couldn’t be happier with the sound quality. My friends are annoyed every time I say “hey Siri” but they’re also eating my food for free and using my place as a crash pad so who cares. It does other stuff too like control all the smart devices in your house. Ask it to give you the population of Montana and it rattles off Wikipedia information like a know-it-all hipster. I’m glad I bought it. It’s a treasure and a delight.

Has Great sound and Easy to set up. Next step is to add control of lights and other items around the house.

Own the Sonos play 5, and the HomePod blows it away. If you are already in the. Apple ecosystem, this is the way to go. Phone calls on the HomePod work amazingly well. Purchased two of these last year and added another two this year. Have them in almost every room of the house. We play home wide music and can easily control all our smart home devices (lights, locks, etc) with just our voice.

The sound on this product is amazing. plays music loudly and clearly. Good overalll product but similar to Google or Alexa

Sound quality, setup process and microphones are great. This thing can hear me over just about anything. The only issues I have are when it picks me up and I don't want it to. I prefer to do timers with my Apple Watch since they are quiet and unobtrusive and frequently the HomePod will pick up that command. I rigged up a bunch of Homebridged smart devices (including my TV and Sonos speakers) and it controls them all pretty well. Excited to see how this evolves (and it really needs to if Apple wants to stay competitive) but even as is I don't regret the purchase.

Love it! I use it as an alarm clock, set house playlists for cleaning or arriving at home. Love it.

Sound quality is decent but ongoing connection issues are very frustrating. Also, Siri rarely works propertly. I have only Apple products (MacBook, phone, watch, TV etc) and been using them for years, and this product is my first major disappointment. Online forums show this to be a regular issue with the HomePod. We received an Amazon Echo Pop with our new home purchase, and while I favor Apple and their privacy policies over Amazon, I will say the Echo just works, and never seems to have issues. If you're looking for a rock solid addition to the Apple ecosystem (as I was) I'd pass on this.

Don’t really find it worth at $100 value as the volume can definitely be upgraded even though the stereo pairing with two does make it sound alot better. Overall, I would probably wait til the main homepod is on sale again but who knows if it ever will.

I am loving the homepod. Got two of them on Black Friday and they sounds amazing in stereo mode. And are very easy to use.

Siri is not the best voice assistant of the bunch currently available, but if you're looking for something to handle airplay, or with better respect for your privacy, or are just super deep into the apple this is what you want.
