People say it sounds like crap (for music), and while this may certainly be true when comparing it to Apple’s larger HomePod—but it IS only $99! We have a full ecosystem of Apple products throughout our home, including 4 HomePods (one being the Mini), and for example, this one is for our 6-year old daughter’s bedroom for mainly white noise sound machine at night and quick and easy music via voice commands. It’s pretty great actually! No complaints

Bought 2 and buying more.

Lots of uses and great for a quick hands free intercom to the family. My only wish was that the + - on the face was more pronounced... you really have to look if you're adjusting volume manually.

Best smart speaker

You can get over all of them because it’s an Apple product and if you have an Apple phone, it will work with your phone and there are many amazing features because of that I highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their home with a smart speaker.

I paired the two HomePods in my living room and the sound fills the entire main floor of our home. I’ve also used them as supplemental speakers for our home theater space in the basement. They make movies sound close to theater quality. I’ll be buying two more so that I don’t have to move them around.
