Currently have 3 original HomePod units which sound amazing. Unfortunately dropped one of them during a move and ruined the speaker. Figured I'd buy one of these as a replacement since those are EOL anyway, with the understanding the sound isn't comparable. I love Apple products but disappointed with these. They are average at best, the cord is unnecessarily long and the sound quality is very average. Maybe having only these would be fine but if you have a house with a mix of original and new Mini, don't bother.

Love my new HomePod mini! Was super easy to setup. I like how it doesn’t t listen to your conversation unless you say “Hey Siri!”

Fantastic sound, I love it, fills the room. Easy to install and easy to operate.

She loves it. A new device for the home to match her iPhone and Apple watch.

Overall good but has issues connecting to the iPhone Home app for multiple devices.

This is our 3rd one. Have them in each room and wife loves the intercom system for telling the kids things

For some reason my HomePod mini doesnt allow me to adjust the volume from the keyboard of my mac. It also weirdly wont play when connected just to the mac. Siri is absolute garbage and for some reason when it does work and I ask homepod to play a song I cant figure out which device its casting from.

This HomePod has absolutely outstanding sound and one must remember it was the sole focus of creating this magnificent technology. One must also remember that if that same person buys this and starts comparing it to other devices that play music and perform basic hands free chores...they will be disappointed. This one works as advertised, for music, and sounds perfect.

We purchased one when we moved into our new house to play music throughout the kitchen and living room. The sound quality is excellent and it’s easy to use. We rotate through who gets to choose the music at dinner time and it’s as easy as saying, “Hey Siri, play.......”. I would like to purchase a second one for the downstairs of our home and link them.

The speaker sounds great. Siri works well and understands most of my commands.

This was a great gift for my dad for Christmas. The sound seemed to fluctuate, but it works well with wifi lights in the house.

This is our 3rd HomePod!! 2 in the dining room and 1 in the bedroom.. absolutely love the surround sound of it. And with the new handoff mode and siri knowing who’s who.. the HomePod isn’t locked to just one account anymore!! May buy more in the future! Thanks Apple for another great product

With the latest OS.13.3 you can control all your apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch 5 and Apple computers) and the integration of HomePod. I can control my home from my Apple Watch 5 virtually from anywhere in the world. The sound is amazing and the response is much faster than Alexa.
