It's a neat thing to have. But it's not very loud when you connect it to the Apple TV and you can't connect a sound bar and a HomePod so it's nice but not as cool as I'd hoped.

My entire home is Apple with Homekit enabled lights, locks, thermostats and so on and so on. I absolutely love Apple and have no problems with any of the product. Now there is the "but". I did think that HomePod would be like my iPhone or iPad, but it doesn't get close. It basically is the most expensive timer for the kitchen I've ever bought. Yes, it does work with Homekit but it doesn't connect to the Web so I can't do many of the things I wish that it would, as Alexa does. I have Sonos filling the entire house with music, and I'm told I will be able to control Sonos with Siri and HomePod end of year. I'm going to keep wishing Siri (HomePod) will go back to school and get it right.

I see no point in this. Our $18 Echo Dot /Alexa works better. For the size and weight I was surprised the volume wasn't higher. It also doesn't do anything really special. You can tap your phone on it to transfer a phone call to the speaker but really it's like apple tried to mimic the Alexa and didn't do a good job. Really not worth the price point at all. As an apple product you'd think it would have more features. Can't believe they sell this for $300 bucks.

This little speaker is useless to hear music. Unless you like hearing it real low. Like I have headphones that are louder than this.

You can only play Apple Music on the speaker. Very expensive and you can’t do much with it

It is ridiculous, I bought it as a present for my grandsons for Christmas, and I just got it today. I was told they were going to deliver it the 23rd. My complaint was about the delivery time.

I am picky when it comes to electronics its a knockoff of Alexa, in my opinion, I just got rid of it and bought an Alexa.

Would constantly turn on by itself. Wouldn’t shut down it was on listen mode constantly. Then it couldn’t understand english. Junk. Returned all we bought.

Love apple product, but this is not up to snuff. Second one I’ve purchased and I returned them both. IDK how, but Amazon currently owns when it comes to smart home.

I am a huge apple fan with pretty much every apple product, so I had to get this HomePod to add to my home. I hate it. Yes, the sound is good, but Siri is terrible. The speaker basically functions as a music speaker and nothing more. It can control home functions of course, but It can't make calls for me, can't check or update the calendar, can't search the internet, blah blah blah. Hoping that they come out with some updates for this in the near future, but for now, hold off. Apple has really fallen behind since losing Steve.

The set up on the HomePod was easy but: 1. The app is primitive, 2. It plays Apple Music, but it can't use Spotify or Pandora. 3. Sound quality didn't impress. Returned the HomePod.

It worked in a couple of apps on Apple TV. A couple of apps it partially worked (no stereo). And in one app, it would not work at all. After 1 day of use, it quit working entirely

Plays just fine for 10 minutes and then it shuts down and won’t work anymore.

U guys sent a code to my phone we wanted to put the apple news on the home instead it went on my phone and u guys when I went to store won’t help me very unhappy. Might return it

I'm generally quite the Apple Fanboy., but this is the one Apple product I'm unable to recommend. Difficult to setup & use, would not maintain WiFi connectivity. I think I was only able to listen to 1 song on it, before it crashed. Had to return it. Very disappointed. Maybe I got a lemon and this is an isolated experience. Hopefully, net iterations of the product are more robust

I’m having difficulty getting connected right. When asking Siri a question she always says she can’t help. And it keeps playing the last song. I’m going to call Apple support

The quality of sound is good but it seems to go in and out of internet connection even tho it’s right next to the router. So i can’t even ask Siri to do anything.
