These little speakers are amazing. They do lack a little in the bass range but for their size, their sonic performance is outstanding. Then there is the smart speaker aspect of their operation. Most works well. However, when I’m in my house, even in a different room and say “Hey Siri” to my iPhone, she answers through the HomePod minis in the other room. This is a little frustrating. But they do the handoff well. They respond well when I’m in the room with them and they do home control well. Maybe there’s a kink or two in the Apple Home Kit realm but overall, I recommend.

I wish this speaker had batteries, but the sound is excellent. Easily pairs with the iPhone

Just like its predecessor the HomePod mini provides excellent sound quality on top of Apple’s stunning design. It also nice having Siri around the house.

I have the OG homepod and bought this as a replacement. The sound is still amazing and it is not as bulky as the homepod. Love it!

For its size, the sound cannot be beat. It is pleasing and surprisingly deep, though obviously not thinly like the larger HomePod. For Apple enthusiasts looking for something to put in the bedroom or such, this is excellent. That said, I will also acknowledge that this cannot be beat for its size, but certainly can be beat for its price. Bigger speakers around this price are available from the competition. You probably don’t care if you like Apple’s systems - they are very seamless - but you should be aware of this if you have no speakers currently and want ideas.

Hard to find, but glad I got one. They sound great. I'm a huge fan of the "big" HomePod, bought this for my daughter and the sound is amazing for the size.

If you love music and good sound this is the speaker for you. This is by far the best sounding small smart speaker I have heard. This will fill a room with beautiful sound. It is stereo sound from a single point. There are speakers in all directions so some do left channel and some do right channel. The bass response is astonishing and is better than other larger high end bookshelf speakers I have. I now have 4 of them scattered about the house.

Phenomenal sound for the size. Very attractive and unobtrusive on a piece of furniture. Pair with another HomePod mini to get awesome stereo sound!

Sounds so good I had to buy two more. I can distinguish between instruments used in the song. Base is sufficient. I just wish it was a little louder. Also Siri can hear you over the music which I thought was cool. Works well with other Apple devices like Apple TV and HomeKit. Also the intercom feature comes in handy.The intercom feature works with your phone.

Sounds great but the bigger one is better in my opinion. Easy to use.

This is my second HomePod Mini. I love the addition of blue (my first one is black). They’re great if you’re in the Apple ecosystem. Probably not good if you aren’t. I like being able to control my Apple Home devices by speaking to it. It’s also cool that I can send audio to any combination of my Apple TV and the two HomePods sink can have multi room sound, but it doesn’t offer that option from all sources. If I’m listening to Apple Music it will work. It has pretty decent sound quality too. I wish more apps could utilize it. It would be fun to play games on it like you can with a Google device.
