Trying to reset it has been impossible thus far, even after following the instructions to reset. The speaker itself is great, when it works.

More than a HomeKit Hub

We purchased it to use as a hub for HomeKit and it does that as it is supposed to. We have Apple Music and we randomly tell it to play particular artists, songs, or genres. We also use it for the local NPR station, for temperature, and general information.

Beautiful sound!

The sound is amazing, it looks great, and it syncs with my other apple products really well. There's a slight delay in the sound if you make it the speaker for your apple tv, but other than that it's very reliable and a fantastic addition to our home.
