Compared to the echo dot, the mic sensitivity is way better. I am slowly replacing the multiple echo dots around the house, cost being the main factor for the slow rollout. Of course the HomePod mini is only beneficial for users living/using apple’s ecosystem aka walled garden!

Wow - great product!

Super easy to set up and the pass off from iPhone to the Home Pod is also a great feature. Really rich sound that fills the room. Really happy with this purchase!

Expensive but worth it if you use Apple services

The ability of de speaker to recognize the voice of each user and play music from specific accounts is really great, also how seemingly you can transfer audio from your phone to the speaker and vice versa.

Surprisingly good base from such a small speaker. Versatile with lots of useful features. Would love to see Apple introduce a HomePod subwoofer. Nice for use in several rooms, and also easy to unplug and move around for different occasions and usage.
