This thing sounds amazing with music. It cranks it out at a decent level and I really can hear it fill the room with it's "bounce off the wall" technology. As an Apple Music subscriber, this really is a quality speaker. The only nitpick I have (which is a big disappoint me for me as an Apple TV superfan) is that the sound quality when airplayed from an Apple TV is rather low. Decent but low. It's already a favorite product for me but I'd praise it as a must have if it produced the same quality for movies as it did for music. IDK the specs of it enough to know if or how that would be possible but it's the only thing keeping it from a 5 star. Otherwise, it's an amazing product!

This was a fantastic purchase. As an audiophile I couldn’t be happier with the sound quality. My friends are annoyed every time I say “hey Siri” but they’re also eating my food for free and using my place as a crash pad so who cares. It does other stuff too like control all the smart devices in your house. Ask it to give you the population of Montana and it rattles off Wikipedia information like a know-it-all hipster. I’m glad I bought it. It’s a treasure and a delight.

Love the HomePod. Sound is second to none and it is beautiful as well. Set up was a breeze and we enjoy using it everyday. Great product!

The amount of quality that has gone into this smart home speaker is second to none. The sounds quality is amazing and I can literally in the other room and use my normal speaking voice and it listens to my commands perfectly. And speaking of listening, Apple HomePod only records or listens when you actually say “Hey Siri”. They only use those recordings to make their product better and then they delete it. This is so much more comforting than Google or Amazon which record all the time and use your conversations for Ads to other companies

Don’t really find it worth at $100 value as the volume can definitely be upgraded even though the stereo pairing with two does make it sound alot better. Overall, I would probably wait til the main homepod is on sale again but who knows if it ever will.

I'll admit I was hesitant at first to buy this HomePod.... But once I received it and started to learn how it works.. I was hooked. The sound is AMAZING! The same tap action your used to on other devices such as 1 tab to start/stop... double tap to go to the next song... The usual ask Siri almost anything... But I'll admit I'm still learning everything it can do. If you decide to buy one for yourself... go through the tutorials and help and learn a few things. I'm still learning but overall very happy with my purchase.

If you need a cheap Apple Homekit bridge for your smart devices this does the job fine. Could be louder for music.

Got this mainly for the intercom functionality and that alone makes it worth it. I can use the Home app and use the intercom when I'm away from home. I love it!!

Junk, they don't work!!! I ordered two but only got one. I have returned the first one and will return the other when it arrives. I do not need to open it. First it does not configure automatically by holding the circle on my iPhone 11 Pro to the base of this Home pod mini. had to configure manually. first ting I tested was hey Siri play my music, , it did, and when I asked it to Stop, , nothing happened, I asked and to stop playing Music, Siri responded with There is no music playing while it was playing music from my apple library!!! got worse, I asked Siri to play the radio, , it choose NPR, I did not state the station , I did not ask. Again I asked it to stop playing the radio, that did not work either I asked if it could hear me it responded affirmatively. I adjusted volume nothing , I then reset the thing 3 times without success. when I touched the top to get it to Stop, it paused it it would not stop only pause, I did not ask it to pause, I Was surprised that Apple would release a junk product. But then I recalled the old Apple iPhone that had the external antenna that caused it to short out the cell signal and Appley denied it for until so many people complained, tApple refused to admit this abut sent out plastic numbers to insulate the antenna from the hand, they also instructed people to hold the iPhone like a popsicle (to avoid contacting the antenna. Another excuse was most people put cases on their iPhones and they have no problem ( DUUUHHH ) I finally took my iPhone to the Apple Store, all the employees where equipped with phones that showed better signal reception there then was actually available in that area! They I asked for a new phone just like theirs. I was told they would have to send me one as there was no stock!!!!! So based on that history , one should not be surprised , another failed product release from Apple. Shame on them again,

Faster response time than Amazon Alexa, but not as smart. Build quality is very good. I purchased this when it was on sale, but at the regular price, the HomePod mini is less bang-for-the-buck than the Amazon Echo.

Solid. Just wish it displayed the time as I use it as an alarm clock. Also wish I can control the alarms and timers when I am not home.

This is the best sound I’ve ever had from a portable speaker the base is amazing sound is so good low key you can use it as a sound bar

I am loving the homepod. Got two of them on Black Friday and they sounds amazing in stereo mode. And are very easy to use.
