It’s a good unit if you want allot of full sound. Only problem there is no control really to adjust sounds. Being a smart speaker it’s missing allot of features. For a gift it’s great. I think you really need two of the for that stereo experience.

I'm not even exaggerating when I say that I don't think I can live without my HomePod - my entire house is automated with HomeKit devices and my HomePod makes everything so simple and seamless. I love it!

Linking two together is truly impressive. I love. We have thousands of Dollars in surround sound, but it’s not really made for music. These two devices are really made for music. Awesome.

Not my cup of tea, I rather have something more portable therefore I returned it for AirPods. Also the volume is not that loud and the functionality is mediocre at best

amazing sound! The quality of the full sized HomePod is the best. Software can be glitchy with HomeKit but overall I highly recommend this product.

I had high hopes for the HomePod and they were exceeded. The responsiveness is excellent with great sound. I’m planning to purchase another for our basement so I can exercise without headphones.

I love apple and now I have Siri to help whit my smart home.

The speaker sounds amazing but I wish Apple provided the to customize the EQ and add integration to Spotify. With that said, it is a great alternative to Sonos if you are a dedicated Apple Music fan. I just AirPlay from my phone. Good value at the sale price.

Was a bit skeptical to pay over 300 dollars for a glorified speaker but turns out to be so much more than expected. If you use other apple products I def would reccomend as as the center of any room/home.

I want to love these, but be warned, they are buggy. They turn themselves on frequently, they have even recorded our conversations without prompting and played it back to us a half hour later. Kind of creepy.

If you say Siri and you have an Apple ANYTHING ELSE near by forget it! Your screwed! They all DONT WORK together. FIX THIS APPLE YOU NUM NUTS! Did you not think this would happen?

Bought it on the 4th of September and returning it tomorrow. My main disappointment was connectivity problems and also the fact that the sound is mediocre. Somehow it wants to stay connected to Apple Music Radio and whenever I have a song it wants me to either tap or do it manually on my phone. The design is alright, it has to be connected at all times to the outlet which I say kills the "minimalist and futuristic" design. If you are planning on getting one, get an open box or when it's discounted.

Great sounding. Fills room with the sound of multiple speakers. Downside won’t work with a google eco system. Works well with airplay and comes with 4 months of free Apple Music.

The sound is... okay. I guess for their size they're fine, but nothing special. More than anything they're just frustrating to use. I suppose if you only have one, and it's just somewhere random in your house where you want a little music or an intercom it probably serves its purpose. I bought two, though, in order to use as a stereo pair with my Mac. BIG MISTAKE. It doesn't "just work" there is a lot of setup, and even then half the time they don't work. Software updates for some have taken 18+ hours??! I wouldn't recommend these to people, and I'm not surprised if this is the software experience that Apple discontinued the much more expensive HomePod--can't imagine spending that much more on something that I more often than not want to go Office Space on.

Make it so that surround sound can be paired with more than two speakers and it works with other devices. Apples ecosystem is a must of you buy these or they are just as good as your $20 speakers imho.

Product was not as loud as i thought when I got it.

Highly recommend for anyone without is invested in the Apple ecosystem. It’s an excellent speaker that’s only going to make Siri better as new updates are released.

Great sound and the way to go if you’re part of the Apple ecosystem, especially with upcoming 3rd party music support. Wait for one of the frequent sales and pick up 1 or even 2.
