Unfortunately we are also screwed because of the 14 day return policy (never even checked). Do not buy this product if you want to be able to control your smart home devices it is extremely frustrating to work with (i.e. if you have more that one person in your home, it constantly loses it's ability to recognize who is speaking unless you have only one of your phones near by and if it cannot recognize your voice it will not perform commands).

It's still configuring on my home app. That is probably user error on my part. It's the best speaker phone I ever had. It's in ht eliving room and my wife and I call the kids and we dont crowd around the iPhone. I use it for work too. I cant wait till I unleash it when I figure out how to configure it.
