I really wish Apple still gave customers the option to purchase the original larger speaker as the sound is far superior. Just glad I bought two of the old-style HomePod's before they discontinued them.

HomePod Mini is HUGE improvement!

Connects seamlessly to an Apple TV. Voice control works well. Very pleased with result. Possibly buying a second one for stereo capability.

Sound is sufficient for a small bedroom. The sound profile obviously doesn’t match up with even a small portable JBL Flip 6 but that’s not what its intended use is. Does it all as expected.

Great for the price I paid!

When Best Buy offered it at $250, I finally gave in. Apple invested a lot into making this a great speaker and it definitely delivers. Music sounds amazing for such a small form factor. Siri works fine for me, and is able to hear me from almost anywhere in my home. Keep in mind, the HomPod isn't for everyone. You really need to be heavily invested with the Apple ecosystem to get the most out of HomePod. And if you're looking for the most advanced virtual assistant, you need to look elsewhere. For my needs, it's perfect. This review is based on the price that I paid for it. At regular price, it's not a good value. For $250 and if you're invested in iTunes, Apple Music, HomeKit, and Apple devices, I would highly recommend the HomePod.

Almost perfect, one minor quirk, auto updates.

After the update was complete I haven't had an issue, and it asked if I wanted to use it as a speaker for my Apple TV.

I went with a open box model and saved a few bucks since the device is stationary and shouldn't show any signs of use. These are perfect for a small room paired in stereo and work flawless in the Apple eco system.

Nice price, cool features

It started pretty rough, I was used to my JBL Link device (with Google assistance). The sound is excellent for the size and price. My only major issue is that the cord is built in and this device has to remain plugged in at all times. If you are part of the Apple ecosystem, as I am, then this is a nice device for you (if the cord/being plugged in doesn't bother you).

I play music from it, can unlock my front door, control my lights and cameras, and it allows me to access my home while I’m away. This serves as a hub for my home with Apple HomeKit

Apple speaker? YES!

But if there are a lot of people we move it to a central location and turn it up and it’s amazing quality!! And easily connects to Apple phone and tv!
