Nice full sound

The connection is solid from any of our Apple devices. The only thing that would make this speaker better is if it had true bluetooth capability as well. My wife watches the Xfinity Stream app a lot in the Kitchen but due to licensing the Audio is not transmitted over our WiFi system. Definitely still recommend this speaker.

"Im having trouble connecting"

I HAVE NEVER EVER recommended this thing to anyone i know. It has to be the WORST Apple product ever. It never works, always disconnected, cant find it in ur library (even though u didnt ask it to search your library)

Handoff does not work.

I’ve been trying to get it to work for weeks now, and it just doesn’t work. I’ve made sure it’s enabled in settings, reset the HomePod, and even reset my phone. Nothing. It still works by playing music, and you can still use AirPlay, but handoff, the biggest feature, is so buggy that it’s not even worth it.

HomePod mini -Space Gray problem

Followed instructions as written in the booklet and also talked to technicians and reps still problem not solved. Finally I was able to reach a technical director and said, yes there is a problem. He's wondering why Apple is not telling the sellers about the problem when they've been already notified.
