Sounds so good. Even for the mini!!!! I love home pods and that I can use with HomeKit and my philips hue home.

I purchased HomePod Mini as a hub for Apple HomeKit, but it has become so much more than that. The sound quality is amazing for the size, the integration with my Apple products is great, and it makes my day go by much smoother. The voice recognition is great, too. Apple Music knows wether to play my playlists or my wife’s, which phone to add notes and events to, and who’s asking to make phone calls. Highly recommended addition to your HomeKit enabled smart home.

First and foremost, I love the sound that comes from my HomePod. I also have an Echo 1, an Echo 2, an Echo Show, an Echo Dot and two Sonos Play:1 speakers. The HomePod sounds much better than any of the Echo Devices. The HomePod has very solid bass and very clear highs. Midrange is a little lacking though. The Echos sound flat and a little muddy in comparison. Compared to the Play:1, The HomePod has slightly stronger bass and slightly clearer highs. Where the Play:1 has an advantage is midrange. The sound from the Sonos is a little fuller overall but also a slightly muddier. The thing I like most about the Echo devices is their ability to play so many stations with voice commands. iHeartRadio and Radio.com are 2 of my favorite providers. I can play them on the HomePod but only thru my iPhone or iPad. I cannot ask for them with my voice. If I could, I would use the HomePod much more often. I can only use Apple Music with the HomePod using my voice. This is great if I know exactly the song and artist I'm looking for. However, the Apple Music playlists are not as good as the stations on iHeartRadio and I can't ask for local sports radio. I can only get ESPN radio using Siri. So far, my Play:1 speakers only work thru the Sonos app for me. I should be able to send music to them with an Echo but there is some sort of conflict on my network preventing them from working properly. If I can get this straightened out, I will stream more often to them. Overall I would recommend the HomePod to people that use the Apple ecosystem. Especially if you love Apple Music. Right now, I'm setting up my own apple Music Playlists. Once I do that, I will likely use the HomePod more. If I could use my HomePod like my Echo devices, I would give it 5 stars all day. But because Siri is so lacking in smarts, I deducted a star. Others might deduct more but I do love the sound...

Bought this to replace an echo dot. The sound quality is much better but admittedly I expected it to be a bit better for +$100 product. I do wish it had an external port so that I could connect it to other speakers rather than having to buy another HomePod but I can work with that. The microphone/speech recognition is incredible. I’m shocked by how it’s able to hear me so easily over a box fan that’s right next to it! Overall, I’m certainly happy with this purchase.

TBH Orange is my favorite color and this helps offset the athestic of my room, It was super easy to setup and come extremely handy with intergrations to Siri,

The speaker itself is great. The sound quality is really nice. However, apple really needs to update Siri. The speaker works amazing for music but if you do want to ask it a question, Siri never knows anything.

Works great for controlling lights and smart plugs through Siri. Not happy that Apple removed being able to use an iPad as the hub for Home automation, but this is a nice replacement with some additional features that the iPad doesn’t offer at a fraction of the cost. Overall very happy with it.

Nice and beautiful apple always never fail what they make everytime i buy a different type of apple products it’s always better then expected this speaker maybe MINI... but trust me put it at 100 it will be as loud as a TV. Can make a whole room very very noisy with music or you can just chill at night and listen to your ebooks or something like that design A plus.... quality A+ it was hard to get it in white as they were SOLD OUT since its kind of new product still.

Wonderful sound for the size and the price. Since I have an iPhone and Mac the Siri ecosystem works very well for me. Airplay is flawless and I can also use it as an external speaker for my MacBook. Only one problem I had was with Best Buy. Even though I paid for the new item they delivered a refurbished item. I had to go to the store to exchange it for a new item, which they did without hesitation. Still, not a good way to treat a frequent customer.

Great Sound out of an surprising small speaker. Hard to believe how a speaker this small can make such good sound.

Nicely sized, compared to the original HomePod (a little bigger than a baseball). The sound quality is good for its size and gets plenty loud without distorting. Love the handoff feature when moving my music from iPhone to mini. The downfall, however, is using the speaker with your MacBook. I bought two for a stereo pair to use as my computer speakers. Music works well, but when it comes to videos and video conferencing...it lags big time! There was so much lag using zoom, about 4 seconds, that my mic echoed feedback as it was picking up sounds as my voice and kept feeding it back.

I just love the HomePod mini. It is tiny but packs a big punch. It is perfect for night stands and small tables.
